On the night of checkin we had three rooms, first bugs in bed, second/bugsinbed, third air didnt work. Car vandalized first night cost us 165 in parking lot. Had to ask for towels, mats, coffee etc etc etc. Pool was cloudy. THeir response was Im sorry. Mgr said they did not have this experience before but first checkin girl said maybe the problems were only on first floor since it is a dog friendly hotel. These werent fleas. Needless to say they have seen the last of us. Refused to change linens on bed for five day stay.

It allows pets. Most hotels that do are sub standard. Not this one! It's set behind other hotels on a hill. it's easy to take the wrong road in. ***Excellent hotel in every way; I have pure bread Maltese dogs. Very small & friendly. But when I have to travel. Most hotels that take pets are substandard. Many in the past have been filthy and disgusting. Not this one! Friendly staff, great indoor pool & sauna area; exercise room; wonderful continental breakfast. There was a Christmas tree in the window, fireplace. Decor was 'golfer' style. The best of all was the friendliness of the staff. The lobby floor was spotless even in winter weather. I'll always book at this hotel when I'm in the area. Kudos!

Took 15 minutes to find someone to check in. Once located, the clerk was pleasant, but new and not totally familiar with what she needed to do. We were really tired and just wanted to rest but were called x2 form the front desk and clerk knocked on door to have paperwork completed. Second shift staff helpful when approached but sat in chairs in lobby instead of behind desk which seemed odd. Generally, seemed like a ghost town. Clean but almost self-serve. Did give us a toothbrush and extra shampoo when requested. Staff pleasant, but could pay more attention to guests than hanging out in empty rooms watching TV.

The staff was wonderful can't say enough room clean and neat. No business office with with computer for vistors to use. Hotel was clean. Staff wasvery helpful. Will stay in that hotel again.

Location. Dirty, lousy service. The room was dirty, most appliances didn't work properly, room smelled, and staff were inexperienced.

Clean, comfortable and easy access to everything. The dining room floor was dirty and limited food items. The rooms were clean; the hotel is located in an area close to everything a person might need.

Free breakfast, available until 9:30am. Economy room, not the most comfortable bed. The lobby is nice and having the free breakfast was nice (although a very basic breakfast). If I had a choice, I wouldn't stay again unless there was nothing else available.

It was comfortable and relaxing. They confused our rooms after we asked to change. The staff was friendly and although they checked us out of our room one day early, it was nice.

Very friendly and accommodating people. Motel needs updating the pool was not heated and pool room was not either. Washer worked but dryer was broke no light in wash room. We enjoyed our stay here but would not stay again because of the pool not working properly and no heat in pool area, very strong smell of chlorine and made eyes sore just to be in area.

The rooms were very clean looking. The continental breakfast could have offered better tasting sweet rolls and coffee. Overall, this hotel was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay here again.

I particularly like the way they made efforts to accommodate me earlier . My expectations were met and definitely good value for money . It is located in a beautiful area of Castle Rock and the hotel was very clean and a nice indoor pool with a nice view !

Coffeemaker, ironing board in room. Tea available. Complimentary breakfast was all carbohydrates. Overall a good place. It's not interesting or beautiful, just a straightforward competent motel. I would be perfectly happy to stay there again, especially with the price that I got.

Nice facility for a 1-star. Perfect for a short stay. Terrible "continental breakfast"! Good clean rooms. Hotel in great shape, kept up nicely. Better than a 1-star.

It was clean and pleasant. The location was a little difficult to find. The hotel was overall nice and clean. Some of the staff could have been a little nicer. It was a little hard to find the hotel as it is tucked back aways and there were no signs leading to its location.

Perfect location, very clean, nice size rooms, indoor pool/hottub, good breakfast. Our room had 2 double beds which were small. We were very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean and well maintained, easy to find and close to shopping and restaurants. We would certainly stay again if we are back in Castle Rock.
