Stayed in Carson city for a weekend car show. Was greeted by a friendly staff member, who made sure we were aware of all the hotel's amenities. Good location, quiet rooms, and big,spacious rooms.

Room was clean. Small room, smaller bathroom and very hard bed. Room was very small, bathroom smaller and very noisy, room was clean but that is the only thing going for it. Breakfast was cereal bars (not the good ones either!), juice and coffee. They ran out of decaf coffee in lobby and would not refill.

The help is rude. Good luck with the wifi, the ice machine looked moldy, and the clientle questionable. There are better places, kepp looking.

I have never stayed anywhere that the clerks were not in the least interested in their guests. I actually felt unwelcome.

Checkin was delayed as the clerk went across the parking lot to talk to a trucker. The maid failed to clean the coffee pot and replenish the complementary items. The mattress was well used and should be replaced. The box springs may have been damaged. There was a broken window pane. All of that said, the room was clean, the towels wash colthes and soap were furnished. The AC/Heater worked fine and although the hotel is on the main street it was quiet.

Seemed new and was very clean. Exceeded expectations . I was impressed with the quality of this motel. I was expecting something a little more used, but instead the premises were new and clean. Bathroom was clean and water was hot. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was sparse, however, but considering this was just a motel, it shouldn't be counted against the motel.

Noise from the plumbing and the room upstairs was so loud we could not hear the TV. Carpeting looked clean, but we left black footprints as we stepped into the shower. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, There is one restaurant very close, only 3 minutes driving from downtown. I really recommend this hotel.

Hotel is away from casinos and has great rates. The thermostat on the heat pump did not work. The place does need some attention to detail. The shower curtain rod was only half hung. The heat pump thermostat wasn't regulating the temp so I had to manually shut off/turn on. The two chairs were wobbly, possible hazard for someone larger than me. Of course I am a facilities manager, so I tend to pay close attention to this stuff.

No hassle or delay with check in. The room was very clean and quiet. Coffee & OJ was available in the office from 6 AM. Didn't participate in taking any prepackaged snack. Snack could be improved but then the motel would have to charge more , so i have no complains.

The hotel was clean in our room, but the outside was very dirty, beer bottles, trash and cans thown all over the place. The staff were friendly and helpful. Other than the outside looking very bad the stay was good. They also grated the parking area, and pushed all the snow to the edge of the sidewalk so guest had to step over a block of ice to get to your rooms, which was very unsafe to cross.

Staff was friendly, it was cheap and clean. The tiles need to be replaced and the coffee pot should have been replaced as well but it was a clean room clean sheet and when I returned the maid had cleaned our room very well and I was traveling with a spouse and two teenagers and a seven year old wrecking crew. The show was amazing which was the biggest plus. If you are looking for a cheap motel with the the expectation of the high class feel then you should look elsewhere. But for the people with common sense and not looking for all the negativity snobby attitude this is a great place to stay.

We needed an inexpensive place to rest for the night while driving through. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. After driving all day, you need a good rest to get back in the car and drive another day. They could put a little more effort with the free breakfast.

Location, comfortable room, good facility. A little noisy. Predictable almost to a fault, there is nothing bad to say about this property. This is well-managed, friendly, and well maintained. No surprises but no disappointments either.

Quick and easy. When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't tell if anyone was there. Lobby was dark. Good for a quick, must have place to stay. No frills, fuss or muss in this place. If you're arriving late in the evening and are needing a little shut eye, this place will do in a pinch. If you're wanting anything more than that, this is not the place to stay.

Nothing. Smelled, dangerous part of town, broken furniture. It is below a 1 star, and we were terribly bothered that it was given a 2 star rating (fyi, its supposed continental breakfast was granola bars and apple juice).
