I stayed at this hotel in 2006 a few times and had an okay experience. Nothing stuck out good or bad. If I hadn't been there for business, I would probably not go back, but I was shocked to see all the upgrades. new freshly painted rooms with new beds, curtains, sinks, chairs, linens, and a LCD Tv mounted on wall. Huge upgrade on an okay product before. Still could use an upgrade to their breakfast.

IK visited a college in a nearby village. Our stay at the hotel was accessible and comfortable. The oontinential breakfast was adeqaute compared to other continental breakfasts at other hotels. This was only only downfall for the hotel

Continental breakfast was poor, room was not the cleanest I've been in, could hear noise from room next to us. I used this hotel for 9pm arrival and early departure. Even with this minimal stay I would not again use Days Inn again.

We stayed at this Motel a couple of years ago, and it was OK then. We returned just a few days ago, and they have really made this a VERY nice place now. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room seemed to have been just remodeled. very clean and pleasant. Quiet. The breakfast could have been alittle better, and in a little better and bigger location, but it was adequate. Yes it is very easy to get to from the thruway (rt 90) or from rt 5. .

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel on our way to New York City. The hotel way right off the interstate, so it was very easy to find. The hotel was under renovation at the time, but we still found it quiet and pleasant. As of being near the interstate, it was very easy for me and my wife to travel to the many attractions around the hotel. Some being: Howe Caverns, The International Boxing Hall of Fame (located across the street), and my kid's favorite, the Sylvan Beach Amusement Park located on Oneida Lake. The room was just recently painted and the room seemed very bright even with the curtains closed. The hotel staff was wonderful, and didn't mind answering all my questions (even at 5 a.m.) The hotel seemed to be in a safe area, and the local Police were always around checking on things. I asked the desk if there were problems, and they said the police do it for all businesses, which seemed like a good thing. They had Wi-Fi internet in all the rooms which was a bonus, and a nice meeting room in which we could eat breakfast. The rate was fairly decent for a family of five, and my kids loved the Plasma Screen TV in our room. Check out was quick and easy. After about five minutes, we were back on the road towards New York City. Great place, and a great vacation spot.

The room was very clean although it had an odor of cigarettes. The second night we were there the room next to us had an unattended dog. It cried, howled and barked for at least 3 hours. We had to complain to front desk twice before the matter was addressed. That would be my biggest complaint...if you bring a pet with you, you must NOT be allowed to leave it in the room. One thing I enjoyed was having the use of Internet service. It was close to every activity we visited the area for. Very easy on/off to the Thruway. All in all, I would stay at this location again. The complimentary breakfast was nice.

The staff (one woman) was very friendly. The room was dirty--hair in bathtub and sink was filthy. The room was filthy (lots of hair in bathtub), and the halls smelled terrible. The only saving factor was the staff, one lady. She was very helpful and friendly.

I stayed here because of the two reviews listed online and felt misled. I tried two different rooms and both had that "many humans have been here" smell that I try to avoid on the road and athough clean were dark and not inviting after a long hard day. It's not much different from what I would expect from a Days Inn in a small town like Canastota but the reviews painted a very different picture so I went for it and was very disappointed.

Hotel is easy access of Interstate 90. The hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. Bathroom is compact, but clean and functional. I will stay there again.

The cleanliness and the staff were all quite nice and helpful. The continental breakfast. We had quite a nice stay. Everything was clean. I was impressed with the lack of that motel smell which I hate. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

This was an excellent experience! The desk clerks at check in and check out were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was exceptionally neat and clean. The hotel is very close to the highway so it's easy to get in and out.

I would recommend the hotel as a good place to stay. NA. I would recommend the hotel as a good place to stay.

I was on my way to Boston and the hotel was conveniently located off of the thruway. The rooms had obviously just recently been renovated, and their mattresses were very comfortable. Besides home, it was the best sleep I have had in a long time. I will definitely stay there on my next trip.

Location. Knowledge of staff at checkout. Hotel is nice, no elevator, good coffee, poor breakfast.

Convenient to Thruway. No pool. Room was clean, and smoke free really meant smoke free--room smelt fresh and clean

Definitely exceeded my expectations for a 2 start rating. Toilet in initial room did not function properly; was offered and moved to a different room. I was not sure what to expect from this hotel with only a 2 star rating. However I was extremely pleased and will definitely stay there again (and will recommend it to anyone I know traveling that direction).
