Did not have micowave or refridgerator, as we thoght.They did not offer to change to room with refrigerator, Check out time was 11:00 not 12:00 noon,had to rush to get out of room. Front desk took. long to answer phone. Toilet was very sluggish, on arrival-had to get snake to ream outFront desk staff unfriendly. I will never saty at this place again

The receptionists were accommodating. There was a glass window at the reception desk which was disturbing.

The individual at the front desk was very unfriendly, she seem to think it was someone else's responsible to provide answer and comfort to the Guess. I paid * and was amaze to find out that the phone was an additional 5 deposit, also you could only make local 301 calls which meant that I could not call my wife to let her know were I was. No breakfast was offer, not even coffee. There was no WiFi or business room with a computer that would have allowed me to email anyone. I was stuck in MD with a Germany cellphone, and no computer to write anyone. After a few complaints the incoming front desk person allowed me to use her cell phone to make a few calls outside the local area. I was unable to setup a wakeup call since the phone were not connected to a system that allowed wakeup call and I was certain that the front desk wold not have made that part of thier job. Security was lacks. The hotel is very big and the lighting at the back was insufficient. I did not see a guard and I felt I could have easily been mugged without anyone knowing. Overall the experoence was one I would not want to have again

Rooms clean. good value, location great. Traffic in parking lot, remote forTV not working. This was my second stay at this motel. I can see where more effort is being put forth to accomodate the guests. This is a good nights sleep for the value.

The room was quite comfortable. The staff at the front desk seemed a bit rude.

It had a refrigerator. Advertised wireless didn't work, desk clerk didn't understand English. Wireless didn't work, water wasn't hot, no name brand retaurants within close proximity. Breakfast room was well stocked and clean.

Location and maid service was superior. Breakfast bar was barely adequate. This location suited my needs to a tee. The staff was extremely courteous and the room service was exceptional.

Close to where I needed to be. Asked for none smoking, but all of my rooms smelled of smoke. Staff was very pleasant, for a short term stay it was ok. Room rates were fair.

The complimentary breakfast was good. Asked for bulb replacement at bedside, it did not happen room to dark. Lobby was okay but had an off smell. Room was clean but the blanket on the bed was like burlap, very rough. There was no soda in the machine, they were all sold out except diet and there was only one diet type. Location was good, as far a finding it was concerned but because it is across from the air base it might be considered what young people use to call a hot sheets hotel it was packed on the sat. Night virtually all the cars were gone sun. Morning.

It needs to remodels all rooms. Don¿t like nasty carpet. It needs replace carpet and remodels the rooms.
