I was having trouble getting my computer to run on the hotel's wireless system and the person at the front desk went out of the way to help me get connected. She created an outstanding atmosphere.

Clean, good value, felt safe, nice indoor pool, nice complimentary breakfast. Seemed dated. It was no-frills and felt dated, the hotel room, lobby, and pool areas all were clean and quiet, and were easy to find with handy access to the major highway intersection.

This hotel used to be a Holiday Inn Express: it had wonderful, friendly staff and nice, clean rooms with a cozy feel. This time our stay was the first since it transformed into a Days Inn. The staff was too busy smoking cigarettes outside to meet our needs and the room was unclean. The only bright spot is a decent continental breakfast. The hotel does have a small indoor pool but we never used it. I will never stay here again, which is a shame because it used to be nice and the location is perfect

The smell when you walked in, was wonderfully delightful. The area in which you could eat breakfast was small. The hotel was everything I expected. The pool area was clean, the public bathroom was exceptionally clean and decorated nicely and when you walked in they had it smelling nice.

The manager dealt with our complaint in a timely, appropriate way. We had a problem with loud noise above our room keeping us awake. The 2 night employees were unhelpful and rude. We stayed in this hotel last year and the only complaint then was they knew on our reservation we had 4 small children, yet they put us on the 2nd floor where the people below complained! This time, I called ahead to be sure we had 2 rooms on the lowered level next to each other, which they assured me we did. Once we got there, the rooms were on the lower level, but not next to each other.
