We stayed here because it was cheap, and it was only one night. The beds were hard, there was a lack of towels, and the room was hot. The bathrooms were small. The staff is friendly and helpful, but downtown Phoenix is a little harsh of a location. Was it worth $38? I believe so.

The hotel room was dirty, there were several holes in the wall above the beds. When we asked for more blankets, the front desk person said that they "didn't have any more blankets" and were very unfriendly. It has a nice pool area, but we'll find somewhere better in the future.

My room was good. It was clean. It was a good room for the money. While there I saw work still going on in some of the rooms. Overall I would say my stay was good. I suggest you try to stay in front building.

"Remodeled hotel but holes in the shower stall wall. Had to ask for towels (none in room). No remote (had to get one out of storage). Worn out hotel, look elsewhere if possible."
