The location was nice. There were drunken people banging on doors and staff was not helpful. I think I managed to get about 2 hours of fractured sleep while I stayed in this hotel. I had the unfortunate luck to be placed directly across the hall from a man whose sole intent was to bang his door repeatedly whenever something disturbed him (for example, the drunk people meandering through the hallways and the precisely timed dropping of ice into the machine every 30 minutes). I contacted the front desk at least twice (at about 3:45 am and again at 4:30). When they finally sent someone to deal with the door-banger, he had changed his tactic and had his TV up so loud I could enjoy his program from the comfort of my own bed across the hallway and through 2 doors. Needless to say, by the time someone came to deal with him he either chose to not respond to them at his door or he managed to drift off to sleep. Either way, the TV volume did not change. At least his door-slamming tactic had been forgotten.

We have a reservation for Black Friday weekend on the 28th & 29th. Our plans changed and we have to cancel the reservation. What we found out was that we booked a room with a ?no change or cancellation policy?. We did not see the notice when we booked it online that we could not change or cancel our reservation. This is the first time experience for us with respect to a no cancellation policy. We told them it was an honest mistake on our part and they kept feeding us the party line of we are sorry, but this is a no cancellation reservation so you will be charged for it. They would not even make an exception. I asked X at the Butler Inn if he will still rent our room at to someone else and he evaded the question. I somehow doubt they will leave the room empty knowing we have cancelled our stay. I think that goes under the heading of double dipping. Well we have learned our lesson to be more careful with online reservation, but since Days Inn has decided not to be nice, we will never stay at their hotel or any of the hotels that are part of the Wyndham chain.

Best stay I ever had, their new renovations were very impressive, Honeymooners would love their new jacuzzi suite that I stayed in & the staff was excellent & the food in the dining room was phenominal, Guest rooms & public areas were really clean & presentable - the renovations to the outside, lobby, hallways & rooms were outstanding!! The FREE highspeed wireless internet worked great & the indoor pool was great to relax. The entire staff was great & made me feel like family!!!!!"

It had a pool. No sprinklers and found out they had small fire and did not evacuate. Would never stay here again.

The bathroom was not very clean and I am glad I always travel with soap & shampoo because there was none left.The door lock did not work well when trying to open.Only near Pizza Hut & Burger King

I booked two rooms and they both were horrible so the manager moved us into two other rooms and the beds were hard as rocks and one of the rooms had a leak which leaked on one of the beds.

From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, everyone went above and beyond call of duty. Even if a request seemed small to me, they made sure it got done!
