The motel staff was friendly and helpful. Orbitz automatically books you for a room and doesn't always take requests for non-smoking (I didn't know this) so having a smoking room was a huge bummer. The staff offered to spray or put an air purifier in the room which I thought was very nice of them. They also offered an upgrade since I was traveling with small children (the only room they had left was two king beds so the upgrade price was too much and we opted to stay in the room we were given) The room had a refrigerator which was nice and the bed was comfortable. It wasn't the nicest motel that I have stayed in, however the price compared to others in the area was a great deal.

I have stayed there twice now and they will get my money again next time I go. They are at a good location and the staff has always been wonderful. Both the rooms I have stayed in have always been clean as well. Everyone is very nice there.

Hotel is located half way between Buffalo and Niagara Falls on Hwy 62.Ground floor rooms have outside doors. No problems with room or staff. Built in 2006.

For two couples staying for one night, this place served the purpose. About 15-20 min from the Falls. Before booking a room, I have done some research and paid attention to reviews. This hotel was just what I expected for the price - it was clean (most importantly!), shower worked just fine, no funny smells in hallways or the room. Ours had a little fridge and a coffee maker, which was a good addition even though we didn't use it. I would definitely stay there again.

Laundry facilities, and the breakfast was very good. There was no restaurant within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We headed up to this hotel right before the july 4th weekend, to see Niagara Falls, and found it to be a pleasurable experience. This hotel cannot be matched in regards to value for the price. It's location may be a bit farther from the falls, but a 10-15 minute drive is not a terrible tradeoff considering the price/value staying at this hotel. The hotel staff was courteous and friendly, and the room was clean upon arrival. One con is that the lighting in the room we were staying in was a bit dark. We also ran into a problem with our keycards twice during our stay whereupon we could not get into our room. The frontdesk claimed that cellphone contact with the keycards could have affected the magnetic strip on the card, however, we knew for a fact that our cellphones were not nearby at any time. My girlfriend suggested that maybe when our room was being cleaned by the cleaning staff in the afternoon, they somehow might have reset the lock with their access. Despite this mystery, the frontdesk promptly gave us new roomcard keys both times. Other than that, if you are expecting basic amenities and nothing too luxurious, a clean room, great customer service, and a comfortable place to stay, all at a bargain price, this is the place to be.

Very small rooms and the bathroom fittings were falling apart.

Very friendly service with clean rooms. The breakfast was a little on the light side and wasn't very healthy, but it was okay.

Helpful staff and needed directions. Carpet was badly stained. Good place for a stopover night before a flight. Comfortable, economical and friendly employees.

We stayed one night for visiting the fall. The location is convenient. The price was affordable.

Cleanliness and recent improvements. Odd room layout. For a strictly layover type of stay, the price and amenities worked just great for my need. Breakfast was simple but expectedly so for the price.

The room was clean but it had bad smell as well as wet carpet. The breakfast provided was unsatisfactory, it would be better if there were something else rather than toasts and cereals. This place is expansive than what I paid for.

It was a very friendly place and clean. There was not enough breakfast food left time we got down there in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenience and quiet. Were far from full but put us on the 2nd floor. We did not appreciate having to climb steps to the second floor when the hotel had very few guests.
