Nothing. Everything. Hotel is undergoing a remodel. There was furniture scattered all over all common areas including grassy areas and most of the parking lot. In the first roomthe air conditioning/heating unit was in pieces in the floor. In the second room the TV did not work even when plugged into wall socket, all lamps refrigerator, TV, coffee all unplugged from wall sockets. Shower ran more water through the faucet than through the shower head. Bottom sheet would not stay on the bed due to worn out elastic. Limited parking due to stacks of furniture.

Clean, convenient, quality, quiet, value, friendly employees. No working ice machine nearby. A good, easily accessible, quiet and clean place to spend the night at a price value.

The staff was very nice. My room had a bathroom that had not been cleaned! The staff is very nice, but the room was dirty, unkept and the bathroom still had soap, towels and shampoo inside from the previous guest. The walls were thin and you could hear the neighbor laughing. The pipes made noises and there was a hole in the ceiling above the shower (a bit unsettling). The sofa was not clean and neither was the carpet. All in all, the hotel staff does not make up for filth.

Hot continental breakfast with real eggs! We only had one towel in the room and there was hair in the bathtub that wasn't ours. The hotel is exactly what I expected in the town and price range I was wanting. We had a few issues with cleanliness, but nothing major. The hot breakfast in the morning was nice. They served eggs, waffles, bacon/sausage, biscuits, and cereal- basically, anything you could want.

Room in dis-repair. Would never stay in this hotel had I known the condition of the rooms. Broken TV remote, light bulbs burned out bulbs on the floor. Telephone disconnected.

Helpful, friendly staff. We were supposed to have a non smoking room but it smelled of smoke. For the price, it was a good value. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. My main complaint was that the room smelled of smoke and my clothes smelled when I got home. It was supposed to be non smoking, but it was not. There was mold in the bathroom also.
