The room was very comfortable with great co fortable mattress. We liked the service.

Location, initial price. I extended my stay and the room rate was more than doubled. Front desk day staff was totally non-responsive to my complaint and absolutely did not care about any of my concerns. Other than that one thing, I have no other complaints about this facility.

Good hotel, but free internet was NOT. Whether one got any type of wifi internet access depended on what side of the hotel one was staying. Other than that a good hotel.

The staff was nice. Cock roaches. Spiders and dirty bathrooms (mold in shower). Nasty, dirty, bug infested place. But nice people.

while the location and price was good, we did not have a good experience with the staff. There was a group of about 40 teenagers who were also there the nights we were there and since out room was by the pool, they stayed in the pool until 1 am every night. the pool generally closes at 1030, but the staff let them stay as long as they wanted. We had to call the office and complain about the noise atleast four to five times a night, and the staff did not seem to care that we had bad nights. We even spoke to the Manager of the hotel and she did not say im sorry once. We will never again stay there.

Affordable rates. Tick in room, dirty sheets, bath would not turn off, clogged toilet. Upon arrival I was pleased to see it looked to be a good find at an affordable rate, but all that changed once I pulled down my sheets only to find some sort of mystery items (food?, dead chunk of skin? Who knows? On my sheets, revealing they had been used prior to my stay and were not clean. Afraid of housekeeping retaliation (theft), I did not say anything and just dealt with it by covering as much as my body as I could (wore jeans and t-shirt and laid on another t-shirt so I would not touch the pillow). The next day, I noticed a little bug walking across my husband's pillow. After close inspection, we came to the conclusion that it was a tick! This hotel was disgusting, dirty, muggy/humid, and I will never go there again.
