The pool was clean, and there is a waterfall that blocks out the sound of cars on the nearby highway. The room was clean... however, the ac unit had a musty smell to it. Water pressure was weak in the shower.

Updated in past few years, great staff and expectations. Like most hotels the mattresses need to be upgraded to tempered, everyone will sleep better, hypoallergenic. Hotel was decorated nicely, staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Grounds nice, pool was great, and location is fine for traveling the interstate and needing stop over, but drive into Spring Hill where we were attending a bowling tournament was longer than expected and only thing close was restaurants. Price was okay although you can get travelers book and get discounted rate at same or even lower price, therefore was little disappointed with this location, although will continue using Priceline as always get great deals.

This hotel was great I came in for the Florida Classic Cluster Dog Show and this hotel was wonderful and the way they catered to us as well as our four legged friends I really enjoyed sitting out by the pool just a beautiful view. We will be back to this hotel next year A very friendly staff, very clean rooms.

This hotel was great it was everything my family and I expected we enjoyed the barbeque picnic area. The kids loved the arcade room. Just a lovely experience.

We had to make an emergency trip to visit with family. We arrived late in the evening & were promptly greeted and warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. I had made a mistake & forgot to request a NON-smoking room. It was quickly taken care of with out any effort! Our room was very clean. Housekeeping seemed to appear out of no-where after we left the room; they were more than helpful with requests such as extra towels & a portable crib sheet. The pool area was very attrractive with the waterfall & little bridge to walk across. Our family enjoyed the large pool area as it was kept very tidy. We never heard much noise throughout our stay unless another family was walking by & talking loudly. It was a quick walk over to Denny's for breakfast & we received 10% off our meal with our room passkey. We'll stay there again the next time we head to the area. It's a great value all the way around for the money spent.

I spent Christmas week with my two teenage boys here and it was more than expected for a $*. per night room. The bed linens where nice and new and the room was clean. Staff was very nich and helpful. Free continental breakfast was great! Much more than just donut and coffee. I would stay here again!

We realize it was the holiday season and they wanted to be with their families, but they made us feel like a burden. Our bathroom, mirror, and coffee pot were NEVER cleaned the week we were there, and our room was vacuumed only once. The beds were made so poorly that I typically had to remake them when we arrived back at the hotel. Our thinking is, if they want to leave early, fine, but don't charge full price for services never rendered. I went on vacation and still had to clean!

Construction workers all over parking area. Well the lobby was newly remodeled and was conveniently located from 75 and 50. I didn't like that the rooms were outside access. I didn't like that there were construction workers all over and they were making it difficult to park due to equipment storage. Room was OK.

The hotel was dirty and the room had mold, we had to go to another hotel because the rooms were so discussing. The hotel was dirty and the room was full of mold. We didn't stay here. Don't stay at this hotel. We had to find accommodations somewhere else, because the rooms were full of mold. Even if you got this room for nothing, I don't think anyone would stay there.

Absolutely nothing the hotel was a dump. Everything. We ended up staying at a hotel the third night. This hotel was a dump. The floors were dirty and smelt funny. The ac was loud.

It was a roof over my head. I am obviously handicapped and was denied use of an available room designated for the handicapped. I have stayed at this property before and had no problems. I arrived at the front desk, on two crutches, and the manager would not allow me to stay in one of the rooms designated for the handicapped. She said I "did not pay enough money." She said I had to "pay an extra $10" to use the handicapped room. She said "the bed is too big to rent at the rate" I paid. I interact with the hospitality industry on a regular basis. I know that "management discretions" can be exercised in many situations. It was after 6pm and she said she had no reservations for the handicapped rooms. All of them were empty. She emphasized that she was the night manager and that she would rather let the handicapped rooms remain empty than rent one to me. Perhaps the above treatment is within manager's discretion; but, it's terrible customer relations and I think she broke the law! I am very concerned about that and would appreciate feedback from Days Inn's attorney or corporate office. I have a Florida handicapped decal and I walk on two crutches. I have serious trouble and risk falling when I try to climb into hotel bathtubs. I think manager broke the law when she denied me access to an available handicapped room solely because I had not paid a "Bigger Bed" fee. My room also had insufficient towels and soap.

The AC was very cold. Receptionist was sick and should not have been working! Unacceptable will not go back. I could not sit at the pool with a beer and enjoy the weather. I was on vacation.
