The hotel is located at a very good place. Dining options are available nearby. Overall it is an average hotel.

Large room well laid out and with nice amenities. Cost of parking.

I travel all over the country and stay in many hotels. I usually find a hotel in every city that I will stay at when I am in town. I tried this hotel because it was one of the more reasonably priced hotels in the city. I was planning on staying for 2 1/2 months but after two weeks, I decided there has got to be something better than this hotel. The service is repulsive!! When there was someone at the front desk, they would treat me as if I was bothering them. The cleaning staff didn't speak any english, but they were the only employees that had any manners. I think they were afraid of being fired by the miserable people who run the place. It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but you couldn't tell that by walking down the halls. And I should not forget that the only entrance to the building is the front door and this is where everyone stands to smoke. Hold your breath and try to run through. There is also no elevator, so unless you are travelling light, you can plan on making multiple trips to get your luggage to the upper floors. God knows no one is going to help you. Save yourself the dissappointment and stay somewhere else.

It was too far from Boston to save any real money and too far from any T stop.

The hotel room had wireless internet. No stores around. The hotel was not the greatest. Security around hanging around at night time. It appeared to have people living there and teenagers coming through the lobby to head to second story for a party. Just was not family oriented enough for me with my young kids. Something I didn't feel comfortable with or being safe in that area.

...and it was. This is an unpleasant place. Odors. Dirt: everything needs paint. Grime. Worn out carpets. Unpainted plywood nailed in under bathroom vanity for support. Noisy in-window air conditioners. Ripped bedsprings. Supposed to have breakfast. None. Unless you mean that basket of apples. The desk staff did let us cancel our reservation for the 2nd night, however. Could be ""Boston's best hotel value"" if improvements were made.

The hotel was comfortable, the room was large and clean, the location was very good.

It was convenient, affordable and clean.

The man who checked us in first ignored us for 10 minutes and then was extremely rude to us. The tub took hours to drain, the toilet didn't flush properly, and some strange soot/ash fell from the ceiling in the bathroom. The hallway smelled of sewage. The room was more or less clean and that is the only good thing I can think of to say about this place. NOT recommended.

If you enjoy giant cockrroaches and a rude staff, this is the place for you.

The taxi phone was never answered and the bed sheets were not good quality. Great place for the money and in a very good location ifyou have a car.

Very cost effective and had a retro look. Just a room, no other accommodations. I was there two nights and the second was was just to catch a few hours of shut eye prior to my morning flight. The room did provide wireless internet and the typical room set-up.

Clean, good-sized rooms andreasonable.Good location. Hotel was clean. Rooms were huge and very comfortable. Good location for travel reason with many amenities within walking distance. Great price!

Clean, hot water provided at the lobby, tea and coffee 24 hours. Cleaning stuff and some people were friendly and helpful. Large room. Location is somewhat inconvenient, yet Boston address is confusing. Some stuff gave us the wrong direction and did not appologize nor did they make up. Late by an hour. We were tired but the staff did not do something nice to make up for their mistake. Yet, at the hotel they were honest and helpful so we decided to stay. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

The pillows were comfortable. Too expensive for this kind of hotel. The hotel was nice. It was, however, too pricey for a Days Inn. The room was clean.

Shuttle service to and from Logan Express Bus station and the T-station! Bliss soaps, shampoos, products are great! Delighted to see them in the bathroom. Coffee maker in room was extremely appreciated. The staff was all incredibly helpful and friendly.

Location. Terrible services. Not helpful or accommodating! Awful services.

Cheap! Too far from public transportation to city. There was nothing wrong with the hotel itself for the level of hotel that it is. However, it is really not conveniently located to public transportation - the bus did not run at the times we needed it on weekends and we were a $12-$15 cab ride from the nearest train station.

I needed to leave at 5 am but my bill was not ready.
Date of Stay:

It was affordable. It was very plain and generic. It was affordable, no frills, and comfortable enough for what it cost.
