Booked online and stoped after 10 hours of driving. I read a prior review that said the air would not get cold. Ehh I thought figuring it was just that persons room. WRONG. The air conditioner would not get remotley cold. Great way for the hotel to save money and turn the thermostat down. What a rip off. It would not get dark in the room either due to the lights outside. Uggg, never again.

Easy in, easy out. Smoking room, only one bed. Okay if you're just staying the night.

This hotel was O.K. The smoking rooms smelled horiable, you could smell them walking down the hallways. The room we stayed in was under what I would call average. We killed one spider, found another dead one behind the bathroom door, that looked like it had not been swept for months. The bathroom had a musty smell. During my shower I noticed the back of the shower curtain was slimy feeling. One of our lamps had no light bulb. There also was not much lighting in the parking lot.

I loved the hotel itself. The rooms were great, and if it wasn't so cold I would have used the inside pool. The only thing I have a big complaint about is the fact that I was charged 10.50 more in the end than what I thought it cost. I didn't win the arguement and I thought it was a stupid reason why I paid almost 11 extra 's.

WE went to Arrow Rock to the Lyceum Theater to see Hairspray. Hotel referred us to a restaurant, Old building, okay food. We were supposed to get a free appetizer. I think we were charged. Supposed to be happy hour (no discount). Hotel was adequate. Breakfast was as expected.

Good quality for the price. Video games in game room broken/out of date. It is well worth the price I get it for through Priceline. The room is always clean and adequate. The TVs are substandard but I'm usually so tired I don't really pay attention to it, though. The bath is tiny but good enough. The breakfast is standard fare with the addition of do it yourself Belgian waffles and the breakfast area is right by one of the two main entrances so it gets crowded at breakfast times.

The check-in and check-out staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is a well kept property that comes close to providing an excellent experience. The continental breakfast was the only area that could use some improvements. The pool area is very nice and is visable from the front desk and lobby through a glass wall. We could watch our daughter without having to actually be in the pool room.

Was a comfortable room, was larger than most, beds were comfortable.Air conditioning was below standard would not cool the room. The Bathtub would not drain properly. Restaurants were close and was close to the Interstate highway.

Convenient location. Failure to provide handicap accessible room.

Free breakfast and indoor pool. Smoking rooms were very smoky; pool area in full view of lobby (only a glass wall to seperate).

WiFi access and close to places to eat. Faint smoke smell in many areas, room floor lumpy. I have stayed there many times and the hotel is showing it's age but much cleaner than the 1 star hotels in this area. The carpet was used to cover up a lumpy floor. The TV speaker is barely adequate and channel selection is poor. The bed is not very comfortable. The breakfast is bland and hardly worth the walk to the common area. Overall, it's not much but if you are simply looking for a pretty convenient place to lay your head and be within walking distance to a couple fast food joints, it fits the bill.

Access to room. Lousy mattress.

Location, quiet, helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast adequate but hardly deluxe. Easy to find. Efficient desk service. For our purpose on this trip, room was large enough for three of us. We were happy.

Front desk was very efficient. Bathroom was very small. The room worked for what we needed. Got there late and left early. It was inexpensive but clean. The beds could have been more comfy and the bathroom was tiny. Did not try the breakfast as there was a McDonalds very nearby.

Breakfast. Smoky hallways, beds and bed covers (cigarette holes).

The pool, the location, the employees were all excellent. Shower curtains need to be bleached-not that they were dirty, just that they could be cleaner. I would go back there without any hesitation. The pool, the location and the employees were great!

Easy access to interstate. No matter which floor you stayed on there were steps you had to climb, not easy for my elderly mother. The hotel met my expectations for the price. The staff was friendly, I would stay there again.

Nice people. Paid extra for a 2-bed room. The hotel was nice; we had stayed there before.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Heat/ac had no "happy medium" - either too hot or too cold. There were three 2-star hotels at this exit. This was probably the worst of the three, though it was worth what I paid.

Clean, fairly modern, and free wireless internet. Slight smell of smoke throughout facility. Decent lodging for decent price. Swimming pool available and appeared clean. Wireless internet performed well with no difficulty. Soda and snack machines also close to lobby. Also a couple video games near the lobby to kill time. Were it not for the slightly smoky smell that seems to permeate the air near the lobby and stair area, there would be nothing to complain about.
