The Days Inn Boardman, Boardman, Ohio isn't anything fancy but if you just need a place to sleep it's a good hotel. The walls are thin so you'll hear the people around you but we didn't have any problems with people being overly loud. Their continental breakfast is what you'd get at other hotels...bagels, ceral, muffins, coffee & juice. We only ate the breakfast one morning but the food was fresh & it tasted good. The only problem we had was when we first arrived at our room & had to use the bathroom. There was a toilet scrub brush waiting for us when you opened the lid of the toilet. I called the front desk & the manager immediately came to pick it up personally. He offered us a different room but since the room did look clean we declined. The next day we didn't have any surprises waiting for us when we got back in for the night. The only amenity we did use was the iron & ironing board because we were going to a wedding & needed our clothes pressed. We had to call the front desk to request it & then go pick it up ourselves at the front desk. The iron itself was ok but they handed me a little table top ironing board that is practical for space reasons but not very useful when it came to ironing. I would recommend they invest in several regular ones or have them automatically in all the room. All in all the Days Inn did what we needed them to do which is provide a place to sleep at night after we were done visiting friends & family.

Good location, clean, but plain. Evening clerk was not really interested in assisting with questions, just let me give you your room and go. Hotel itself was sufficient, but doubt if I'd stay there again.

From the beginning, the non-smoking room smelled of smoke, as did the hallways and stairwells. The door to the room had sticky molding that prevented the door from closing without a firm tug. The tub faucet dripped constantly and the shower button did not engage properly. This did allow for a nice foot massage with water spraying out of the faucet. There were deep potholes in the parking lot. No amenities, really. Next time, I'll spend more money across the street.

This hotel had very small rooms. The room was next to the laundry room and was noisy. The location to was good. It was close to other hotels that I will be interested in the future.

Nice and compact. Everything I needed, plus a safe. Comparable to a $100+ hotel only smaller.

We stayed at this hotel during a golf outing in the area. The room that we had was maginal - very little room between the beds, the TV mounted very high on the wall. My colleagues complained about loud noise outside their room from a bar nearby.

The price. It was noisy and not very clean, the cliental at night were rude. I'm not sure what kind of activities occurred there at night because people were arguing and ruff housing in the hall and they were not children.

I checked in at 1 am (due to travel delay) and was encountered unfreindly staff, extremely slow check-in and a general bad attitude. I was travelling with 2 young children and the hotel staff had us wait 1/2 hour before letting us in our room. In addition, the lobby area was dirty and had a mixture of tobacco and beer odor. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was very small, but not too much so. I liked the design. It was cozy, but could use a bit more color. They were out of tissues in the bathroom, but the clerk was nice enough to bring more to my room. The other big issue I had was that breakfast was completely gone by 9am. I know I arrived late, but I would hope they would consider how many people would be using it. I also have not idea if there were bagels, but I doubt it. I am vegan, and I find it annoying that continental breakfasts are mainly milk and cereal and butter laden muffins. How about a little fruit or toast with Peanut butter!
