The Hotel was a very good location from Indiana University, but it was a smoking room, it smelled very badly and it gave me a headache.I tried to ask for another room, but they said they were booked. It was a not a good value for what I paid. The room was poorly maintained. If they had replaced the bedcover, blankets and curtains the smoke smell probably would have been been removed

We would not stay there and did not stay there. I am sure this hotel would be fine for college students looking for a place to stay.

Room had a distinctive musty smell that even penetrated my clothes. There was some wood trim damage and the bathroom towel rack was pulled out from the wall. The complimentary "breakfast" was marginal at best. The price was the best part as we paid about $** for the room, but I really don't think we got real $** value.

Having flown for the airlines for many years and seeing some of the best and worst hotels in the world, I can honestly say this is one of the worst. The biggest gross-out was the mold on the coffee grounds left in the in-room coffee maker. GROSS!!!

The bed and piloows were comfortable. I personally don't like to enter the room from an outside door.

We stayed @ this property last weekend. We were a little leary based on previous reviews. Most of the hotels in town were sold out. This property was recently remodeled. We got a great rate and the room was clean - staff was friendly. Only negative was continental breakfast was lacking in options & quantity.

This hotel was not so good. I got lost trying to get to it. The room smelled like smoke and I could smell the smoke coming from other rooms through the vent.

This hotel is OUT of town, there are many other choices in town. We were lost trying to find this location, and we were given the run around about directions. The front desk clerk was rude and we tried to call for an hour while we were lost and she would not answer the phone. This hotel was dirty and dingy. The rooms were better that the lobby, but overall it was not a pleasant stay. The pool was flooded with kids who were out of control and not supervised.

Convenient. Filthy carpet, coffee pot did not get cleaned after use. I knew this was going to be an economy hotel so I did not expect any extras. I did expect for it to at least be clean. The carpet in the room was very old, worn and sticky. I made a pot of coffee Saturday morning and it was not cleaned when the room was cleaned. Other than that, it was an okay stay.

Nothing at all! Major construction going on, bugs on window seal and AC unit, toilet not fastened to floor. We opened the curtains to find lots of dead bugs on window seal and A/C unit, the toilet rocked back and forth when you sat on it as if it was not fastened to the floor. We checked in and then checked out. We did not stay!

Hotel has comfortable beds and pillows. Hotel staff is clueless and the continental breakfast consists of cereal and OJ only. I would recommend the bed but that is all.

It's difficult to locate the hotel using GPS or mapquest. Location is good though. I'd prefer if it's not located right next to local highway.

Was very Clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was easy to access from main roads. Parking lot was somewhat small and on a steep grade at entrance/exit. Clean rooms and restroom/shower, tastefully decorated, and welcoming in appearance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We were locked out of our room every day of the stay. The night staff did let us in but came in the room with me and asked if my husband was staying with me. Then lock did not get fixed until we left. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was close to the university of Indiana. Their wireless internet connection didn't work that evening. The a/c was a bit on the noisy side, the night manager didn't really know what to do to get the wireless internet up and running and I needed to be able to connect to do some work.

Comfortable bed. Sparse breakfast. Door handles did not work, bathroom toilet continually ran and the hotel staff was young, inexperienced and not helpful in taking care of concerns.

Rude, not helpful, pretty much everything. The worst I've ever seen. You can not get in to lobby of this days inn if you are in a wheelchair or can not go up steps. They wanted to charge us an extra $45 dollars for a double room, which would have been more total that we paid for 2 nights at the Hyatt or Hilton, who gave us a double with no problems. Will never stay at a days inn again, or even risk it with a 1 star hotel.

Location. Old and junky. Way over priced. With one small double bed, a broken toilet seat, two small "bath" towels, and a wall heater missing knobs I feel ripped off paying more than their advertised 'best rate'. Next time I'll call around myself.
