I am glad our visit here was only 1 nite as the condition of the room was very distasteful. There was very visable wallboard rot and mold/mildew along the outside wall baseboard. The rug appeared, felt and smelled constantly damp, dirty and moldy. This was a ground floor room and repair to correct this situation is likely required on the whole wing of this Days Inn building. It was very unappealing to stay in this room. Again I'm glad our stay was only 1 nite. If I had had to stay longer I certainly would have moved to another hotel.

Having a breakfast room was a plus. Bathroom door was a curtain!

This place is like a old motel from the movies. It looks like it belongs at a truckstop or something. Everything from the carpet to the strong musty odor oozes oldness. The rooms are large but the beds aren't comfortable at all with very little padding on the beds. The boxframes aren't covered. When I was checking out, a lady complained about dust mites and was very dissatisfied about the quality of her stay. Everything is just very old and definitely 2 star or less. For what I paid for the room it was ok but I probably wouldn't want to stay here again. The Inn has extremely long halls and the place is somewhat spooky like a motel out of a horror movie.

The staff was very friendly. The room I was put in didn't even have a bathroom door. They called it a handicapped room of which I am not. The hotel staff was very friendly but this place needs some serious work done to it. I have never in all my years of travel been put into a room with no bathroom door! If I wanted to camp out I would have brought a tent! When I asked for a room with a door (since I wasn't traveling alone!) They did give me another room.

Good sized room. Clean. Good shower. Large alarm clock. Friendly staff front desk. All the typical creature comforts plus a safe in the room which I thought a cool extra feature. Convenient location next to airport. My only peeve is with maintenance: paint spills over edges, crooked wallpaper edges, bubbles in wallpaper e.t.c. Flaws are minor but I'm obsessive compulsive. For it's cost I wan't blown off my feet but remain satisfied. Would stay again.

Location and overpriced. The hotel is not in a very nice area. It shares a parking lot with a bar that was full. There were a number of people loitering in the hotel parking lot giving it a very unsafe feeling. The internet access was terrible. The place is basically a dump.

"The room was out-dated. The sink was about to fall off the wall. We found a bloddy tissue under our bed. There are patched in the wall w/ silicone. The pool is very, very small. The staff was very unhelpful. I would not stay here again, even if they gave it to me for free, and I'm cheap!!"

Good location off the highway. The hotel needs updated drastically! This is an older hotel and needs to be updated. With other choices in the area that is where we would stay next time!

Free wireless. Not convenient to many places, but very near the expressway. A perfectly satisfactory hotel. The room was clean and everything worked. They also had free wireless which worked perfectly. Would I stay there again? Yes. My only complaint was the snack machine required exact change for some items and not for others, which was just weird.

Friendly staff. Construction at hotel. Close to airport with friendly staff even at 11:30 at night. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing I refused to stay there. Everything. It was dirty the smoke detector in the room was hanging by a thread. I don't even if it worked. Paint was pealing of the walls it smelled bad. There was low life hanging in the hallways. No security locks on the door. I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I booked a room at the Comfort Inn. You really should check these hotels out. People from out of town do not know what they are getting into. I expect the charge taken off my credit card or I will call the company and stop payment as I did have to pay for another room at a different hotel.

Close to restaurant. Beds very soft. I have to say we stayed at a hotel nearby two nights after staying at this one and it was much cheaper but a better hotel.

Nothing really. Smoked room, dirty bathroom, noise of airport. Complete disappointment; dirty bathroom; although reservation was for a non smoking room I got a smoked room; other rooms were not available; scrappy disgusting interior floor. Not worth any dollar, max you should pay would be 30$.

We liked the location with what we were doing, we were meeting friends and it was close. Front desk area was messy. We really liked the location for what we were doing. We had friends that we were meeting in Bangor and they were our tour guides so the location was relatively close to their home.

Good and friendly staff. Room had no Iron or refrigerator. The Hotel had only two floors with no elevator and no help was offered to carry the baggage.

Complimentary breakfast. Airplane noise. This hotel is okay for an over night stay only.

Pool, and free candy at the front desk. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. The staff was not really friendly, we had a broken outlet in the room and couldn't use the hairdryer in the morning. Sticky carpet. The room really needed to be remodeled. very out of date and not very clean. The furniture needed repair. Needs to be sound proofed due to the airport.
Date of Stay:

Nice free breakfast counter. Halls were noisy with service staff making rooms up early. Fine for a business travel or someone taking an early flight out but would not recommend for family stays or stays for any length of time.

Location, guest laundry, indoor swimming pool. Dimly lit hallways, staff less than friendly. Not bad for the money; close to the airport. The hallways are very dimly lit - this made me wonder why? The staff seems easily overwhelmed, and just not terribly friendly. Over all - a pleasant overnight stay.

There is a grill restaurant just next door. Not enough sofa or chairs. With the price I had and since it is high season in Maine, I thought it's good enough. But I wouldn't stay there again.
