We have used [...] before and have had zero problems. This time we had a horrible experience. Also to make our experience worse no one was willing to help us. Everything that could have been wrong was wrong. Our hotel was supposed to be on the board walk, and it was not. It was located in an extremely bad neighborhood and did not have secure parking. Our hotel room was on the 2nd floor looking out onto the roof of the first floor. The window locks were broken and had a board to hold the window shut! When we first arrived in the room the window was wide open. The hotel room was not secure at all, especially for the area it was located in. There was also a satellite directly outside our room's window. We reserved a non smoking room and our roomed smelled of smoke and had ash trays. There were also hunks of carpet ripped up and then stapled down in a messy fashion. Soap was all over the shower curtain and threw was no iron and no internet access as it promised. The hall way then had toilet paper all throughout it, and smelled like drugs were being smoked in our hotel! We documented everything but the smells by taking pictures! It was terrible. We left as soon as we took pictures of everything and stayed at a different hotel that was of a similar price and kept at an extremely more pleasant standard! The next thing we tried to do was cancel the second night. When we went to the front desk and asked about canceling they told us we had to go through [...]. When we then left and called [...] they said we had to go through the hotel. We then told them about our experience at the hotel and they called the hotel. The management at the hotel said we were liars and that the room was fine. At that point the [...] representative got very rude with us and said that the room was satisfactory. Again basically saying we are liars. I said that we documented everything by taking pictures and they said it did not matter because they said the room was in superior condition. After going b

The beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean. The smell when you first walk in at front desk. The hotel is right next to The Boardwalk and is suitable for friend or family getaway but not romantic. The room I stayed in was clean with a double bed and supposedly had an ocean view balcony view, but the balcony faced the street and a parking lot and I was on the 2nd floor. There was also a lot of noise at like 3:00 am in the hallways.

My husband and I went for an overnight get-away and WOW! Were we disappointed! We had stayed here before and it was a quiet, friendly atmosphere. When we arrived, we were greated warmly and the room itself was okay. There was a little mold in the bathroom and some dirty tissues under the bed. No biggie. We could live with that. That is until the hour hit about 11 PM. There was partying and arguing going on in the hallway until about 4 AM! It was then that everyone quieted down and went to bed. By that point, we were packed and ready to go. We sat in bed, dressed, watching tv thinking that maybe if we wait long enough, management will put out breakfast. You know, the one they boast about for their travelers? Stale danish and coffee. We were shocked! Last year, they had waffles and bagels and fresh fruit plus cereal and all kinds of juice. Not now. I'm not sure what happened but we will never stay here again. If you want to stay on the Boardwalk near the action, then stay here, but if you are looking for a quiet, enjoyable time, pay the extra.

Our stay at the Days Inn was great. The hotel is 1 block from the boardwalk and is very close to Bally's Casino. The staff was pleasant, check in went smoothly and the room was very clean. It is an affordable place to stay when you are unable to stay at the casino hotels. The hotel also offered a light breakfast. I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for the cheap price and great location. Only a few blocks from the Casinos and right on the boardwalk. Definitely a great place to stay.

days inn-atlantic city was very convenient for me and my guest. it was located right on the board walk which was nice because we could walk to all the stores, casinos, and restaurants. we had a comfortable room that was kept quite clean. the only problem was that they didn't have a non-smoking room available so when we got there the room smelled like someone had been smoking constantly.

Absolutely nothing. This Days Inn was disgusting. The lobby was dusty, all cleaning there has been neglected. Inside the room the sheets and covers smelled musty. There was mold and missing floor tiles on the bathroom floor. The ice machine was in a back closet.

Location between the Tropicana and Ocean Towers is ideal for us. Basically close to the end of the strip so, while you still have everything close by, it is not as crowded and morning walks along the beach or boardwalk to Ventnor are beautiful. The hotel itself is clean, well run, with a friendly staff and management. Actually our original plans were to stay at the Tropicana, where we'd been several times and which was right next door. On a whim, we took a look at the Days Inn and found the price half that of the Trop with a lovely room and balcony with an ocean view. So...we stayed at Days and ate and played at the Trop. Great choice!

We really loved this hotel, it was clean, rooms were really nice, air cond.and refrigerator worked well. I loved that they had a table and chair out on the balcony and you could see the boardwalk and ocean from there. Short walking distance to any casino and restaurant. There was fresh coffee, juice, cereal and danish every morning. We cant wait to go back next year !!

Some very unfriendly staff unable to check in untill late in day. No where to eat in Hotel. Not the view that it said it would be when your behind other buildings. Very little skimpy breakfast items. Only one very nice hotel clerk at the afternoon shift. Would not stay there again.

The bed was so amazingly comfy!! Parking spaces were small. The hotel was very close to the beach and close to the casino that I was in Atlantic City to go to. The staff was friendly and they also had a small breakfast available in the lobby.

The hotel front desk crew were a joke (unable to understand them at all) and they over charged me from what i ithought i would be paying at check inn. the hotel itself looked like it was falling apart, litterally!!!

This hotel is less then a block from the boardwalk. Close to many of the casinos. If you are going to AC on a budget this is a great hotel. It does not offer many amenities but it is a cheap stay if you don't plan on being in your room. I would definitly stay here again!

The Days Inn Atlantic City was a great value and comfortable stay. Great location and a quarter of the price of all the bigger hotels but same comfort.

Staff was friendly. Location wasn't nice. This hotel met my expectations and more. I had gone down with three of my friends to celebrate my friends 22nd birthday. The man at the front desk was extremely nice. He had called a cab for us and he wrote down the number for the cab for when we were coming back. It was only a 10 dollar cab ride to the Tropicana. In the morningI went to shower and there was no conditioner and we called the front desk and he got some for us. The rooms were very typical for a chain hotel. Good TV stations. Overall I was very pleased.

Great location, friendly staff, and affordable. Breakfast was close to nothing, but can't complain for the price we pay. I would recommend this hotel to budget travellers. The room is clean and tidy, helpful staff with a great location just 1 min of the broadwalk.
