It gave us a place to sleep for the night while visiting family. We had asked for a smoke free room but they didn't have one for us. Motel was really booked solid for the weekend with several conference and the breakfast room was packed and ran out of coffee.

I could not wait to leave this dump. Everything was horrible. Well, the breakfast food was OK. Clean too. More than I can say for the carpet. Walking down the hallway to the office was like walking on a lawn that is not level. The carpet was filthy! The tub had not been scrubbed clean in weeks and perhaps months. I had to lay a towel in the tub to keep from slipping on the scum. Horrible experience.

And I'm not a high roller, either. Where can I start... beds are wrapped in plastic (hmmm), walls are extremely thin and no seal on the door (so you hear everything in the hallway and next door), incredibly small single-bed rooms and even more outrageously small bathrooms, sink is outside bathroom and directly in the way of the room door (so you have to move or get hit every time the door opens), cockroach, the advertised hot breakfast is barely continental, wireless Internet network in some rooms was better on the Super 8 network from across the parking lot, advertised secured key entry outside after dark not in effect, untalented bagpipe player in parking every morning, and to top it all off, the billing receipt was completely incorrect--price, my name, my credit card.

We traveled for 40 days in the US and found the most uncomfortable bed ever--hard, had plastic over the mattress like in hospitals! Hotel was being renovated and I mentioned to the front desk that I hoped new beds was part of the process.

The price was very reasonable and it had an excellent location. The bed was not very comfortable and I the Wi-Fi didn't work. I wanted a cheap hotel in a good location. It was clean, but did have an odor both in the lobby and the room.

If you need to save money come to the Exel Inn. The bathroom is so small it hardly fits a toilet and a shower. The sink is outside the bathroom it is so small. The rest of the room is small too. This is good for a place to stay and that is it.

It was a decent place to stay for the money. The beds were not comfortable and the front desk did not have any extra pillows.

Continental breakfast. Cost and compact room. The hotel for the most part was clean but very old. The room was tiny, bathroom was tiny, no hairdryer and the bed wasn't comfortable. The cost was way too high for this type of hotel.

Good location. Mattress was to hard! Needs to be updated and floors creak was much old.

Efficient, no frills. Malodorous; construction a bit too inexpensive. This is a no frill facility. Bare minimal amenities. Clean and efficient. Not for the aesthetically inclined. Not a meeting place.
