Price and location. Dirty. Sofa bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable. Table came with only two chairs. Carpet dirty, towels for 2 people only, refrigerator made noise all light long. Could not use microwave without unplugging fridge and to top it all off, a cockroach in the bath tub! Do not stay at this place!

Though not in downtown, but very near to freeway so we feel it's quite good with the rates. Good location, grocery and gas in walking distance. Room is clean, service is good. Quiet in the night because it's not by the street. Though the walls are not sound-proof, sometime we can hear people in the next room if they are talking loudly. But overall we had 4 good nights there. Breakfast is a plus, average breakfast but clean kitchen and feels good. Only problem is they allow people smoke in the corridor so sometime we have to walk pass the smoke.

I was really worried about this hotel turning out to be one of those seedy looking places that tricks you with nice photos on the internet, and it turns out to be nasty. But this hotel is pretty good for the value. Don't get me wrong. You will by no means get a sense of charm or opulence with this place. It is neither. But it is clean and functional, with polite and professional staff. I can tell that this is a privately owned franchise, but what is also clear is that the owners definitely care about giving you a decent, comfortable stay. The carpet in my room looked new as did the countertops and a few fixtures in the bathroom. The rooms were spotless (no strange odors or peeling wallpaper). Some of the furniture showed minor signs of wear, but nothing to complain about. The WIFI worked flawlessly, and IT'S FREE! The complimentary breakfast is nothing to rave about, but it is perfectly fine. Another added bonus is that this hotel is near a well lit, populated shopping center, so I felt perfectly safe. The pool area was clean and neat and again perfectly okay. I get the impression that this hotel is gradually making improvements in one area at a time. I saw palm trees that looked as though they were recently planted. I suspect that in a few years time, they may do a full renovation in order to be more competitive. It's clear that they want your business and want you to be comfortable. If money is tight, don't even hesitate to stay here. You could do a lot, lot worse.

Days Inn And Suites Artesia, was a fantastic place to stay. We do not travel much but we needed nice place for a night. The room was very spacious and clean. the bathroom and closet was large as well as the room its self, so we had plenty of space to stretch out into. We checked in late at night, the counter people were very helpful and friendly. There was plenty of close parking, and checkout was a snap. This property was very quiet and we will defeinately stay there again if the need arises.

The location was good and we felt very safe staying here with our children. Staff was great! Microwave was dirty! Far from the beaches. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was VERY helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The location was close to Disneyland and we felt very safe staying here with the kids.

My wife and I were pleased with this property. It was clean, quiet, safe, newly remodeled, and easily accesible. The staff was friendly and helpful in a profesional way. We would stay again.

I wouldn't stay here if you want to get a good nights sleep. The walls are paper thin. All night I heard doors slamming and people talking/partying. The room adjacent to the wall our bed was on had people partying all night long the first night and were equally as loud the next night. I could hear the tv blaring because it was on the same wall that our bed was on. After visiting family the second night, we came back to the hotel around 11pm to find a suspicious individual surveying the parking lot and then followed us back to our room. It made me very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing too. They had mini muffins and had laid bread slices out for toast, and the fruit was nothing more than whole apples. The coffee was cold and watered down. Maybe the hotel was just having a bad weekend, but I won't be staying here again. The only nice thing was that the bathroom was remodeled and appeared pretty clean. Next time I will spend a little more money for quality.

Large Room, convenient location to shopping and food. Inconvenient layout, had to drag luggage very far from car to room. It seems that this hotel is under new management or undergoing a change. The room was adequate, but not necessarily comfortable. The furniture arrangement was not practical. Upgrades were shoddy (poor work in bathroom, moldings, painting, etc.). Loved the location. Felt very safe. Not too far from shopping and dining.

I would echo most of the good points in the previous review from March. Our only complaint is the pool was too cold, it should be heated in the fall. Perfectly adequate budget motel for our family, 2 adults and 2 kids in a 2Q room. Nothing scary, nothing luxurious. Bathroom looked remodeled. Very professional staff. Lots of cable channels. Wifi worked OK. French tour group in hotel at the same time, they seemed very satisfied. Breakfast could be better, basic cereal, toast, pastries. Walk to grocery or many restaurants. Reasonably good choice for disney if you are going to drive and park. Right by 91 and 605 Fwys. Most stores are Indian/Asian - would like to have tried more of the local restaurants, but the Pho-something in the strip south of McDonalds is very good vietnamese. Area seemed very safe, although this is the only hotel in the area. The main entry is within a strip-retail-office building, most of the hotel is behind the building. Plenty of parking.

Nice place clean & price is great. After many trips visiting finally stayed some where affordable & not a dump. Security was good only key entrance to property during late hours. I love the windows in bathroom so it is not so steamy in room. Manager accomidated us well after stressing on reservation mistake made by online company. Was very pleased on the way they accomidated my family on a holiday weekend and offered good rate. Walking distance to Walgreens & other stores greatly needed when on vacation.

We found this hotel on-line and was pleasantly surprised for our family visit to Knotts Berry Farm from Denver, Colo. It was amazingly clean, and sparkling new rooms, especially the bathrooms which were like Italian marble. Best value in all of Los Angeles! Would recommend this hotel to everyone and friendly, sincere service staff. Thank you.
