We liked the location. Staff was very good. It's older and has become a bit shabby. This hotel worked well for us. We needed a place to stay overnight in that location and wanted to have breakfast in the morning. It certainly met our needs.

The room was clean & comfortable. The refridgerator and micirowave in the room were a pleasant surprise. There were many choices for places to eat conveniently located nearby. the staff was curteous & friendly. The breakfast room was nice but could have been better equipped (many carbs, no protein, very little fruit).

"I did not have a good experience at this hotel and will probably not stay there again. When we arrived at 4:30pm, the room was not ready despite being told that check-in time was 2:00. When we requested extra pillows, the lady at the desk told us they ""didn't have any."" Breakfast was free, but the coffee pots were empty and nobody bothered to make more when we asked. Worst of all, when I checked out I received somebody else's invoice showing a LOWER price than the ""guaranteed lowest rate"" that I had been charged."

Wireless didn't connect to internet & therefore unable to link. A place to go when you need a place to stop for the night. Very functional in most regards. Suitable for all the basic functions.

"When we checked in the refrig had remnents of dirt inside. The housekeeping staff spent more time smoking outside than cleaning. Had to ask several times for them to come & clean the refridge.We finally cleaned it ourselves. Desk staff were very nice. They did comp us one night for our inconvenience. They need to hire more help.Other than that, the stay was fine. I'll probably go back."

The staff was very helpful and nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. No complaints. This is an older hotel that has been refurbished. The room was comfortable and clean. It is located conveniently to the turnpike, highway and Oberlin College. There is a wonderful mall about 15 minutes away. The staff was helpful and changed my room immediately from a second floor to a first floor when I explained I had health problems. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I did not need to use my own! When I come back in the spring I will stay here.

Denny's across the parking lot, 24 hour km 1 block away. Back door had no security, open all night , no need to swipe card to gain entry. We needed an affordable hotel while dropping our daughter off at college The room, and the bathroom were clean, coffee pot and ironing board in the room. Continental breakfast included. Although it was a non smoking room , the room did smell of stale smoke

Friendly staff that was very helpful. Motel needs maintenance repairs. The staff was friendly and helpful, but we had to change room three times due to problems with the room. We apparently were not the only ones that had that problem.
