I would not let my dog stay at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, moldy, the toilet wouldn't flush and the door didn't shut. We checked in and were give the key to the room. We lasted about 2 minutes and returned to the front desk. We ask for a better room and we were assigned another which was equally disgusting. We couldn't breathe because the mildew smell was so strong. Avoid at all cost.

The continental breakfast had quite a good selection. The room cleanliness had much to be desired. This was probably the worst hotel quality-wise that I have stayed in in a very long time. The first room we had, the TV had a loud buzz, the TV screen quality was bad (color messed up at top and bottom) and the bathtub was in bad condition (grout stained, water leaked, and fixtures badly corroded). Second room was slightly better, but beds were not comfortable and tub drain had hair in it. Area didn't feel particularly safe at night. Won't stay here again.

Well when we first got to destination we were just glad to finally find some place to lay our heads we work for a co. that does inspections for FEMA the second or third day goes by and a rain storm came in my wife and I awoke at like 2:30am to buckets of water was coming through the roof..we stayed up through the night saving their furniture and carpet for this they glady put us in another room (so nice) they did not comp the room or anything..Through out the whole ordeal nearly three weeks the maids where rude and to give you the best example. At ten o'clock one morning with a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN HANGING FROM THE DOOR WE HAD A MAID WALK IN OUR ROOM WHILE MY WIFE AND I WERE SLEEPING DEMANDING THAT WE NEEDED TO GO DOWN AT THAT VERY MOMENT AND PAY FOR OUR ROOM , WE HAD ALREADY BEEN STAYING HERE FOR OVER TWO WEEKS AND HAD BEEN TOLD THAT WE COULD PAY AT ANYTIME DURING THE DAY!! BY THIS TIME WE HAD ENOUGH CHECK OUT TIME IS 11 AM AND MAIDS ARE WALKING IN THE ROOM AT 10AM GET THE PICTURE.WELL THE MGR WHICH IS ALL SMILES TOLD MY WIFE HE WAS GOING TO FINALLY COMP THE ROOM FOR ONE NIGHT STILL CHARGED MY CARD WE HAVE CONTACTED CORPORATE AND THEY ARE UNHAPPY AS WELL

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in many years. The hotel structure was horrid and the service was even worse. Rude clerks, reude housekeepers, and rude awakenings. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE

The staff was very friendly. The Chinese restaurant food was horrible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It is an older motel, so I wasn't expecting Egyptian sheets.

The over all cleanliness of our room and the availability of a micro fridge. The water and strange rust stains around the bathroom. Overall, I would say the room was worth my money. I'm not overly picky, however, things I wasn't too happy with: the water had a strange odor to it; they obviously don't have a water softener/filter. The continental breakfast (a) ends too early (some places I've been to ends at 10 or 11) reason for complaint there is because when you're on vacation. It's nice to sleep in a little; and (b) they ran out of milk and a few other things and basically noted "When we're out, we're out. Otherwise it was a decent enough place to stay. Even though they allow pets, you wouldn't be able to tell from the state of the rooms as they are smell/fur free.

We did not stay more than 2 days. Discourteous staff, poor quantities of breakfast for holiday weekend. Staff should anticipate higher guest volume on holidays and provide more breakfast. Should also use better customer relations attitudes. Hotel needs to be better maintained. Clean walkways, and upgrade room furniture. Work on bathroom door locks in all rooms. Maybe another coat of paint or two.

The pool was clean and rooms were nice. The pool did not open at time info sheet said it did usually an hour late but open. For the money I paid, this was a very nice place. It was an older hotel that had been renovated. I felt it was a safe place to stay with my children. The staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants were close and all good food and staff also. This helps when traveling with children.

Location. It was very dirty and undesirables all over the place. Says pet friendly but they still charge $50 extra. Location was very convenient but very dirty. Rooms smell very badly and are dated. Worst stay I have had in years.
