The staff was friendly. It seemed worn. Ok as we were catching a game in Minneapolis so our focus was not on the room.

the room was tiny and reaked of cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking, we went out early saturday morning for the day and got back to the hotel around 4pm, our room had not been cleaned or restocked, and their staff were all lounging in the lobby watching TV and eating. the pool room was also tiny and cramped. overall, just a bad place to stay, go elsewhere!

Exactly what I was looking for. Clean, quiet, good service, continental breakfast and convenient.

The location was very well placed. The pool was so dirty it was green. This hotel does not offer enough for the price commanded.

The staff. The carpets were dirty. It was an okay hotel for the money. The location is great and everything was in working order. It is older and shows it.

Located close to a lot of the towns shopping and rest. Small room. It was close to everything and ok to stay at the noise level wasn't too bad. The lobby was constantly filled with people looked like visitors for staff not guests and the laundry was folding laundry in the coffee shop area. The room was super tiny once the window curtains were closed I was a little claustrophobic (spell) but it suited my purpose.

We were first put into a room that stunk like smoke and asked if we could move to a new room. When asked to be moved I could tell it was incontinence for the clerk. I did not see on front desk clerk with a smile or even a hello. I will be traveling to this area often and staying at a motel. I will not stay at this one again.

The pool area was nice. The hotel had no elevator. This hotel is great if you are going through town and need to stay.

Most of the lights worked. Unfriendly staff, had to pull teeth to upgrade our room. Rooms are very small, TVs need to be upgraded. No hook up for vicar or DVD. Could not rent movies. The staff was very unpleasant and unhelpful. Some of our lights worked, had to change our own light bulbs though. Nice to be the maintained person. Make sure to order the double queen beds or you won't beagle to move in your room.

I liked the big chair to watch TV in. Itchy blankets and very poor help at the front desk. I was not at all happy; The staff did not know how to check us in. It took over 25 min. And she swore and was getting very upset.
