It was alittle further than we would have desired and overall it was good.

They have excellent customer service and satisfaction.

I do not recommend this hotel. For starters, it is more like a motel, with access to the rooms from the outside - that is not apparent from the photos. My room was very very small and felt dirty. The bathroom door did not close and there were many marks and stains on the walls and carpet. The bathroom was dim, very small and the tub was stained and had no drain cover. The front desk was not friendly; felt like I was interrupting her reading a book by wanting to check in.

Had a meeting at Kent State University. Quick check-in, quick check-out, quick breakfast, and a comfortable room. Internet was a must and they had wireless internet that setup on its own in no time. Friendly staff that addressed all my needs!

The Days Inn Kent has seen better days. While in a great location (just off of I-76) and a few miles from Sea World, heavy traffic from kids and pets has taken its toll: the carpet was torn in one place, my lock fell off the door, the room had an odor, and the cleaning staff did not make the bed. Because the lock was not repaired during the day, the night clerk cheerfully found me another non-smoking room at 11 pm. This room also had an odor, and had probably been closed up for months because the alarm clock wasn't plugged in (an energy-saving precaution). I didn't like finding a wad of what looked like hairbrush hair on the bathroom floor, which was not cleaned up by the staff by bedtime the next day. The FiberGlas shower had a long crack. As for the amenities, wireless internet is provided only if you have a laptop: there is no business office available. But t a fridge, microwave, and safe were in the room. The free continental breakfast consists of packaged Honeybuns and muffins, but the coffee and juice are very good. And I can't praise the desk staff highly enough: they were quite competent and friendly.

It was close to the campus we were visiting. Dirty, noisy. I find old soda bottles in the refrigerator, mold in the bathroom, and hair in the sink. I felt unclean the entire time I was there, but too exhausted from traveling to find another hotel.

Wanted two adjoining rooms...they gave us two rooms 8 rooms apart...said they didn't have anything else...room next to ours stayed empty both nights. Anytime we left the rooms (both) we had to have the keycards re-programmed...very inconvienient...

We phoned ahead for early check in. They were not ready. Got in the room to find no towels and sheets were not tucked in on the bottom. Check out was a hassle. The clerk had the wrong cc no on ny charge slip. The room was comfortable. The fan in the bathroom was noisy.

Clean room. Hotel employees were terrible and rude, would not supply us towels. This hotel is clean and easy accessible but the employees and management are very rude and not up to serve the customer as they should I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever!

This is not a top of the line hotel, but if you are looking for a clean hotel close to I-76 that has a pool, refrigerators and micro in the room at a good price, this is the place to stay. The property is old and shows its age, but it is a good place to drop your head at the end of a hectic day.

Close to the highway for easy access. Night office personnel asleep when work was to be done. The first night was fine, the second the maid had removed the towels, but did not replace them. Upon going to the office to retrieve them found night clerk asleep. Breakfast was not set up, TV blaring.

The pool, the comfort of the room. Location, not a lot of choices to eat. Very nice place for the price, very friendly staff. Cannot say anything bad about the hotel.

It was close to where I needed to be. On Saturday morning, carpenters started hammering above our heads while we were sleeping. It's okay for an inexpensive place to sleep. Carpenters started doing hammering on the 2nd floor railing above our room at 9am or earlier on Saturday morning.

Location. Dirty, staff. Dirty. Rude staff.

Nice small work out room, upgraded bathroom. Bright outdoor lights. Easily accessible from freeway. Clean with upgraded bathrooms, small but adequate workout room.

It was close to the Highway. The bathroom toilet was leaking and there was hair from someone else around the tub. It was okay for the price and the star level. The people were friendly.
