Overall, the appearance of the hotel was rough around the edges....the pool needed to be vacuumed, the grounds could have used some upkeep, but the room was clean, and the staff friendly and helpful when we called on them. There were too few towels for pool use and showering, and there was little if any hot water for showering as well. Letting it run for twenty minutes, warmed it up just enough to be bearable. Free breakfast was simple but adequate.

Helpful and friendly staff. Room was stuffy-lots of noise.

Didn't feel 100% safe. In hind sight, would have probably opted for a newer place. Pool was clean, but cold. Bedding and bath were clean enough, but carpet looked "iffy". Cont. breakfast was okay: Danish, cereal, waffle maker, juice, coffee, and toast. Lobby was clean. Seemed as though there was a lot of night-time activity in the parking lot. The A/C was noisy and rattled all night. It was okay, but not the best place we stayed in a comparible price range.

Old hotel in a good location. TV and internet not working, and call to front desk gave a promise of help, but no one showed up. Romm not real clean, pool is nasty.

I found that the staff were very courteous.

The location. Carpet was filthy - walking on them either got your feet or socks black- nasty. This hotel was in a good location for us! The price was okay and the staff was friendly enough but they need to do a better job with cleaning. The carpets were nasty and when you walked on them your feet or socks turned black as could be- very nasty and the towels did not smell freshly washed.

Family Vacation, we stayed here for 2 nights and had nothing but problems. First of all, the "cable" does not work, there is a computer but is out of order, their delux breakfast was toast and or muffins, some cereal, but NO milk, waffle maker, no waffles, the pool area was very run down, the chairs were worn out and the bars would stick in your back. The picture off the wall fell down for no reason and hit me it the head, their phones dont work and we asked for a wake up call and never recieved it because their phones didint work. No toilet paper in our room when we got there and one towel. There was a lot of dust in our room and the bathroom was filthy. Do not stay here...its old rundown and dirty!!!

We had a great experience here and will stay again if traveling in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, we loved the pillows!

The hotel room was not very clean small dingy bathroom in need of repair. We were not even put in the room that we were supposed to have. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family.

Pleasant, helpful desk clerk. Bed mattress lumpy and not level; carpet filthy; a/c wheezing/ineffective. I will dispute paying for this place-it is really unfair to make a business traveler (or any traveler) pay for this dump and have no recourse to change motels because the money has been paid.

The room was well used and not very well updated. The worst part was the carpet!! When we first walked in I could tell the carpet had not been vacuumed. We arrived late, had shoes and socks on when we arrived, had not had our shoes off for more than 15 minutes and took a shower and black ran off in the shower from our feet! Disgusting!! Made the whole room feel nasty!

Nice clean rooms in an easy location to get to. Friendly staff - pop machines were empty and kept dispensing wrong but staff helped immediately. Some age to exterior but important features (clean room, shower, bed, bedding etc.) were all good. Very good value for money - nice continental breakfast.

the Days Inn in Fortmyers Florida was ok..A very old motel. The airconditioner had a constant leak into the room and saturated the carpet. The rooms ammenities were out dated. Only and outdoor swimming pool. The office was in a separate building. Very close to the attractions and airport.

Breakfast. The room was dirty, the bed broke when I layed on it, there were bugs in the room and the parking lot had large potholes which could damage my car. The room was dirty, the bed broke when I layed on it, there were bugs in the room and the parking lot had large potholes which could damage my car. The shower tiles were broken and missing, the linens were not fresh and clean and the facility used to be a motel which has a fresh set of paint, but no improvements in the bathing facilities. The parking was plentiful, but not secure. Would never stay there again. I am asking for a refund.

The Days Inn Ft. Myers on S. Cleveland left an awful impression. The sign out front says, Cleanest Rooms in Town and Deluxe Continental Breakfast. Well, the room had an odd smell when we entered. The laminated guest service list on the night stand was sticky. My son lifted the edge of the bedspread to look under the bed and the mattress was disgusting. The toilet would not flush completely. Although the shower was clean, the water would not get hot. The hair dryer did not work. After requesting another one, housekeeping brought it about 30 minutes later. The replacement dryer was terribly dirty. We tried the deluxe continental breakfast, only to find dry rolls and muffins, bland cereal with room temperature milk, and batter to make fresh waffles. We opted to give the waffles a try until we saw gnats floating in the batter.

The staff is probably the most honest in the world. I left $2000 in the room safe and they saved it for me. It is old and needs a little TLC. The hotel is convenient to Downtown and shopping at the Edison Mall which is a very nice mall. The breakfast is very good. There is a nice sports bar restaurant next door - Steve Tomato's Sports Page. Great specials and pizza.

The person at the desk at the Days Inn Fort Myers was very helpfull. She provided me with time and detail instructions when I had called saying that I was lost. The room was clean and the bed was very confortable. I plan to return again.
