Room were extremely noisy. Broken light in vanity area. Commode would not flush properly. Tried to get these items fixed several times, but did not respond.

We had to add an unexpected guest after we got to the hotel and the staff was very helpful with that, but although the room was fine, it did not look like the photo online. My husband smokes and the window would not open to allow him to vent his smoke from the room; although the room was listed as smoking there were no ashtrays. It was hard to access the service road off the interstate where the hotel was located. Overall, I was not comfortable having to have my daughter with me there. I guess it would be fine for normal business, but I would not take a family there

I was there for less than 10 hours. It is ok for place to crash if you are passing through town. You don't want to make this your week long destination however.

Friendly staff and very comfortable bed. Mold in corners of shower. Very nice hotel, I have stayed here several times and this was the only time I have had a complaint. I would recommend this hotel.

We picked the hotel based on the pictures of the pool and the room and they were not the same. The pool looks like a very large pool in the picture and it's a very small pool. The hotel didn't even ask for my identificaiton when we checked in ... anyone could have had my information and gotten that room. When I called they were clear there were no refunds on the Orbitz rooms. I just wanted to confirm that we were headed to the correct location and that they had my information. The pool was loaded with about 12 people at 11 pm, that's all there was room for ... that was a full pool. We didn't even head down for breakfast. The callibur of people that we did see just had us guessing that going somewhere else would be better. I would have paid the extra $20 to stay at our last hotel easy and will not be staying here again. The lobby and halls were warm and muggy. The pictures on the walls were crooked in our room. They used flat sheets for fitted sheets and by 1 AM the "fitted" sheet was coming off the bed with only sleeping activity. There was small areas of mold in the grout of the shower. The air conditioner did work pretty well is the best thing I can say about this stay. Oh yes the staff was not happy working there worn out and frustraited at best.

Nice room and super comfortable bed. The room was right in front of the ice machine and it cycled all night. This is a very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice. This was my third time staying at this hotel and I have not been disappointed yet.

The rooms were a little on the small size, but what was in them more than made up for that! The beds were nice and soft and each had three large, soft pillows. Television reception was clear,and had a good selection of channels. The a/c was ice cold, the shower was nice and hot. Issues: traces of mildew in shower grouit, toilet difficult to flush. There is a mall near by along with a few restaurants. If you are looking for a good night's sleep, this is the place.

Unclean rooms, public areas and worn-down. This hotel was unclean in the room and in the public areas. The pool had a great deal of trash in and around it. Our room had obviously not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. The rooms (we had 2) both smelled terrible and did not improve with the use of the air conditioner. Less expensive hotels with fewer stars are typically cleaner and more conscientiously maintained. This hotel was very disappointing.

The Days Inn Airport Hotel in Mobile was reasonable clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was pleasant and designed to provide some privacy. Continental breakfast choices included a waffle maker. It is easy to access from I-65.

Had a great breakfast that was complimentary. This was the hardest hotel to find. I spent two hours looking for it. The hotel address for this hotel does not match where it is.

This was not the best kept hotel that I have been to. I think the parking lot is the first thing you see when you pull in to the hotel and all you see is trash throughout. None of the trash cans were emptied in the parking lot my two days there. The breakfast was very limited in its selection.

Nothing. Poor quality, not clean, windows leaking water, unfriendly staff. We were traveling with 5 grandkids to meet our son half way. He lives in North Carolina and we live in Texas. We were taking his kids back to him after a summer visit. I chose a 2 and a half star hotel. I didn't expect luxury, but I did expect something decent and clean. The first rooms we got only had one bed each - for 4 adults and 5 kids? They charged us extra for 2 more rooms with double beds. The next 2 rooms the air conditioners were not working very well, the rooms were hot and the AC was already on high. The next 2 rooms, one had a HUGE hole in the floor under the carpet the other room smelled very badly like mildew. When I called the front desk we were told "just don't let the kids walk where the hole is at". After some rude words, they finally switched us to another room, except it was on a different floor. We specifically told them we wanted the rooms together. After switching rooms several times, we finally got two rooms next to each other. The beds were lumpy as were the pillows. The light in one bathroom didn't work. The rooms still smelled, but just not as bad. Everything was dirty and/or dingy. It rained very hard outside. The rain came in through the closed window in both rooms. We had to use the towels to keep the rain from running on the carpet. Then the cleaning lady got mad when we asked for more towels! My husband and I both sleep with C-PAP machines. We had to plug them into 2 different outlets. Both outlets would come completely out of the wall when we plugged them in and unplugged them. The grand daddy of them all: we had to get our room keys reprogrammed 9 times for a one day stay. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. The trip alone was hard on my body. My husband has a bad back. But we had to keep taking turns walking down the hall to the elevator, then down another long hall to the front desk to get our room keys reprogrammed and then back. I think they were having

I didn't like anything about this hotel. Roaches were everywhere, hot, dirty. This hotel was nasty. When I say that we had to fight the roaches I mean just that they were coming from everywhere. If it would not have been 3 AM when we arrived I would have not stayed at this hotel. I could have stayed in a truck stop bathroom and felt more clean.

I liked the location. I did not like pool noise and the breakfast was not very good. The hotel was ok but was not a 2 star hotel. I have stayed in 1 star hotels that were cleaner, quieter and that had better breakfast.

The customer service was awesome! I could hear people walking upstairs all night. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The customer service was outstanding. The hotel was nicer then I thought it would be. We really had a great time!

Easy to find. Hard uncomfortable beds. Stained carpets. They slapped on a coat of paint and made the lobby pretty - unfortunately, they neglected the rooms.
