Convenient to the interstate. Sinks didn't drain very well. The Hotel was pretty much what we expected. At check in and check out the employees were very friendly and helpful. The negative is that we are not smokers as you walk the halls and came in through the back parking lot you could smell the aftermath of people smoking. This made the Hotel not smell clean.

We had a nice stay with no hastles. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the hotel for you. If you want a clean bed, hot shower, fluffy towels, public hot tub, friendly staff, and a free shuttle to the nearby airport at an affordable price, then this hotel is for you. Also, complimentary coffee and donuts in the morning. There is a cafe and gas station next door. This seems to be a hot spot for truckers so if the sound of trucks starting up and running bothers you, you might want to stay somewhere else. I have to say though, for the number of trucks parked right outside our room, it was suprisingly quiet! I didn't even hear most of them start up in the morning, but I could see that they were gone when I looked out our window. Overall, a nice hotel. I would recommend it.

Clean, quiet, andgood breakfast choices.

Though had non-smoking rooms, due to people smoking just outside the side door and in smoking rooms, the place stinks. Not very clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is adequate, but not worth the money.

It was clean. It was too far out of town. We were just not happy with the motel being at a truck stop, we would never stay there again. We were not happy with the motel being so far out of town. We would not have stayed there had we known the location. We asked for a motel in Missoula, not out of Missoula.

Friendly staff, but a little far from town.

Front desk clerk was friendly. Filthy, smoke smell horrible, poor bed. Decent location, fairly close to the airport, but the facilities are not maintained. Hot tub was out of order, room was filthy, entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, our room was worse. Handles on sink were sticky and dirty. This was the worst hotel experience that my wife and I ever had, and we travel a lot. Spend the extra money and stay at a comfortable hotel.

It is very convenient to I-90. The room was dated. This is a no-frills minimalist hotel. While the room was pretty clean and the beds were comfortable, the hotel rooms and bathrooms are antiquated and have not been updated in the last 30 years. There was a continental breakfast of bagels, juice, hot/cold cereal. The hotel is located right by I-90 on the north end of Missoula. It was a great place to stay for a family towing a U-haul trailer and traveling on the interstate, though it would be too far out of town if I were interested in staying in Missoula proper. All-in-all it is not what I am used to in a hotel due to the dated layout of the hotel room and older fixtures and furniture. However, it was clean, cheap, and met our travel needs.

When checking out, the staff were friendly. Absolutely no room whatsoever in the bathroom! Sufficient accommodation when arriving late. The lobby was definitely Smokey, but in the morning it was aired out again.

Very dirty! This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. It is actually part of a truck stop! The lobby had an overpowering vomit smell! The room was so smelly, and loud that we checked back out, with in an hour, and left.

Desk clerk was nice. Truck stop environment. This stop was right next to the interstate, next to a Gas Station. No swimming pool, or exercise room, or a lot of TV stations. Just a place to sleep, I guess. There was a casino next door, but we looked in and it looked a little sleazy.

By airport. People up stairs were jumping so I didn't sleep well. Floors were too thin, you can hear everything.

Our room had plenty of space and very comfortable beds, and the service was top notch. The $5 water is ridiculous. The hotel has easy access, and is very comfortable.

Seeing the hotel in my rearview mirror. The dirty conditions of the hotel/ dirty bed sheets and smoke in a non smoking room. My room looked like it hadn't been dusted in months. Bed was stained as well as the bed sheets.

Decent decor for the price and internet access. Cleaning staff was very un-professional and the bed was uncomfortable. This hotel was not located in Missoula, but on the outskirts. The housekeeping staff was very unprofessional (sitting on beds, watching TV and smoking). The beds weren't very comfortable and the cafe next to the hotel was horrible. On the up side, there was free internet and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

Inexpensive and close to the highway. Air conditioner in the hallway was loud and far too cold. For what it is, an inexpensive motel at a truck stop, we were very satisfied. The desk staff was very helpful and pleasant (they gave us free pie coupons!) and the room was clean and what we needed. I would recommend the next-door restaurant, too, as they had yummy food at decent prices.

Easy on/off of the freeway. The walls were paper thin. The hotel was nothing to write home about. It sufficed for our needs -- a place to stay, close to the highway/freeway.
Date of Stay:

Close to interstate and free internet. One bed in room, no swimming pool. Hotel was ok, I wanted hotel in Missoula not three miles away on interstates.
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
Location was quiet. Maids forgot to clean room the way we would like. We did not expect a truck stop but it was quiet clean and in reality bett5er than I thought for a truck stop.
Date of Stay:
June, 2007
Quick service. Beds to hard. The front desk people were very friendly and accommodating Not much of a choice for breakfast but adequate. The bed was not very comfortable but okay.
