Close to airport in Edmonton Alberta.

Clean, close to the airport and has parking and shuttle. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Right beside international airport and was suprisingly quiet!

Parking lot was icy and slippery. Lobby and elevators had rancid smell of some kind. Airplanes flying over were an annoyance.

Exercise equipment was in good condition. Room temperature was very hot, despite us keeping the heater turned off (temps below freezing outside). There was no laundry facility on site as described, though a Laundromat was across the parking lot. Hotel desk staff said they wouldn't exchange our money in coins to use the Laundromat, and directed us to go down the street to get change. Big disappointment when packing light for international travel and relying on laundry facilities.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Shuttle service was horrible, waited over 30 minutes; computer printers did not print. I would not choose this hotel again for several reasons. First, the shuttle service from the airport was miserable. I had to call the hotel twice to find out if the driver was on the way. Other people were also waiting longer than me (over 45 minutes). No reason was given for the delay. Upon arriving at the hotel, one person was managing the front desk and had to do everything - check-in, answer phones, schedule shuttle service, etc. One guest had to come back to get another room because the one he was given was not cleaned that day. Upon getting to my room, my key did not work and had to be replaced. In using their business center, no printer worked on the two computers available and the front desk person did not know what to do. Boarding passes or business documents could not be printed. Front desk person was very pleasant under the circumstances but was left to figure things out for herself. I would not choose to stay there again unless it was the last choice. The shuttle experience was unacceptable and the rest of the incidents added insult to injury.

New, clean, all amenities. Nothing. Great new hotel. Pizza in the restaurant was exceptional.
