Great for the price. The rooms need to be updated. Over all just fine for a shower and sleeping.

It was clean and It was not expensive. It was not close to restaurants or shopping malls. The hotel was ok. It had a refrigerator and a microwave but it just worked for two days. We had asked for a room near the pool and we didn't get it. But all in all it was ok.

Location was okay. Seemed safe. Dirty floors, mold on the bathroom tub and toilet not working properly. No problems with checkin or checkout. My only complaint was that the room was kind of dirty. The beds/linens were ok, but the floor made your feet black from walking on the carpet nasty! Also the tub grout had black mildew. And the toilet was not refilling properly. One of the cheaper prices for a hotel room in the area that I could find. It seemed like it was in an ok part of town. I don't think I will stay there again though.

It was a place to sleep and shower. The noise level, constant all night. The person at the front desk was kind, whenI went out the next morning to check the place out there was trash all piled up at the end of the walk way and into the parking lot, the celing was peeling from a past leak from the ac upstairs.

Clean room with refrigerator and microwave. Would like larger beds. This hotel was close to our scheduled activites, easy to get to. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Liked having a sink outside the bathroom. Clean and affordable!

The room was very nice. It was large and clean very pleasing. The only negative about this hotel was thegreen pool. Very bad! The room was larger than expected. We had a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. It was very attractive and extremely comfortable. My wife and I were happy our kids were not there, however, because the pool was green! Overall, it was very nice but missed the pool.

The front counter person was very nice and I was in and out of the lobby in about a minute. The room was much better than I expected for a 1 star hotel. The grounds outside and around the pool area were well kept and attractive. I'd stay here again for the price.

Location, clean, friendly. Outside doors, hard mattress, well kept but old. Get what you pay for at this 'nice for a cheapie' motel. Rooms were clean and nicely stocked with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toiletries. Mattresses were a little hard but didn't impede my night's rest. Lots of channels on the TV, more than usual. Overall, it met our needs as a clean place to stay for cheap and close to downtown.

Best price in town. The price was too high for the quality, but it was the best in town. The neighborhood was seedy. I would have more to say, but I had a family emergency and didn't spend the night and lost two nights of money.

Location. Cleaniness. Old hotel, needs to provide continental breakfast and laundry bags. other than that is ok for the one star rating.

Close to where I was going. Room was musty, couch was falling apart and had nails sticking out. Needs lots of work. Lights went out. Bed and couch needed to be replaced. Most of furniture needed replaced.

Clean, laundry room. The cleaning people were to early for someone on vacation. Hotel was good and clean. The service was great.

Shower didn;'t work. Room wasn't ready until 10PM. This place was absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed in. I have wasted my money For starters it is in the beautiful refining district of the city. Room wasn't ready until 10PM when I arrived at 3pm (normal check in). I needed to use the restroom when I got there, used the hotel's restuarant bathroom. Was filthy - never been cleaned. Got to my room - had bugs crawling in from under the door. Of course, the shower not working was a nice perk since I slept in dirty sheets. The management couldn't help with the shower situation because it was after hours and the hotel was full. It was a one star - I know you get what you pay for but this place was horrible.

I did not like it at all The toilet would not flush and the playground was in bad condition. Our TV in our room did not even work good I would never stay at this hotel again. The toilet in both of our rooms would not flush. When we had maintenece look at it they already knew there was a problem and said they would have to replace the toilet. They did not even offer to get us another room.

Great location, helpful reception staff. The room itself could have been vaccumed better and the towels and sheets had stains. The overall experience was good for the price.Just what I expected.
