First I have to say the staff was soo friendly, helpful, and nice. When we 1st arrived to La Crosse we call the hotel and they sent a courtesy taxi to come and get us from the airport...nice. The room was a two bedroom, but as our stay went on we realized we should have gotten a room with a microwave and refrigerator. It was kind of noisey cause there were kids in the hotel but it wasn't that bothersome. The room had wi-fi plus! And the room was nice and clean.

Cheap. Smelled bad. You should be able to eliminate specific hotels from your bidding. This one would be block from mine.

My purpose was to visit family. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff very accomodating, and the facilities adequate. The pool and use of a computer were a plus. Because of waiting on grandchildren, I went to the breakfast buffet late every morning. It was fine, but I'm sure it would have been fresher and hotter if I'd eaten earlier. (The grandchildren loved making their own Belgian Waffles.) I would definately stay here again.

This was a very easy hotel to come and go to. Parking right outside of your room. It was a little run down, but for the price you can't beat it!

Easy to find. Warm breakfast was limited and it cost. Good for a quick trip, in and out, just sleeping. I wouldn't hang out at the hotel. People were friendly and it was easy to get to off the interstate.

The motel was very nice, fairly close to downtown La Crosse. The staff was uniformly helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a good value at * (including coffee), and there was a * off coupon as well. I usually expect to find pastry and maybe cereal, this included eggs, hash browns, French toast, biscuits and gravy and lots more. The pool looked nice and clean with room to spare even though I did not have time to use it. For those with pets there was a good area to walk them that was grassy and clean. There is a small grocery store and gas station next door as well. The nearby airport was not a problem, did not even hear a plane while in my room

I have stayed at the La Crosse Days Inn on a number of occasions. It is comfortable, but a little dated. Typically it is a good value. My only complaint this last time was concerning the attitude of the employees. They were slow to respond at the front desk. In addition, they were indifferent. I thought that I was dealing with someone from the Post Office. Management needs to call some of these employees on the carpet and motivate them once again. They have forgotten the meaning of customer service.

Restaurant. Musty smell, mold, uncomfortable beds. The hotel actually made my mother and I sick. The mold in this place must be really bad because my mother does not have allergies. The mattresses have stickers on them for a rotation schedule but the hotel obviously does not rotate them because the exposed stickers were for Jan Feb Mar, not to mention the fact the mattresses had obvious indentations when you walked in the room. We had a hotel worse than this one in Florida and we ended up paying to stay in another hotel because the conditions were so bad and even though I wrote to you about it, you never responded.

Th Hotel was comfortable overall, but the bathroom shower had peeling paint and a showerhead that did not work the greatest. We were on a vacation to relieve stress, so we picked one with a whirlpool and it was not working. Extremely disapointing!

It was clean and comfortable. You could hear the highway noise from room. Hotel was not easy to get to you from the highway, but it was clean and comfortable.

the first stay was horrible from earlier reservations. This time it was a lot better room, the house keepers were real good at what they do and they made my little girl feel real good, they spread out her blanket on her bed and put her pillows on the bed as well, sure made the little one feel at home....it was cool, the pool was great and the outside garden is beautiful nice palce to relax and suntan....

Having a restaurant in the hotel. The service I received on a couple visits to the restaurant was terrible. All the water in the building was shut off for a day. Was waked up by repair men being noisy at 7am. Had poor service in the restaurant on more than one occasion. Had the fire alarm go off at 4am for a malfunction. Was unable to receive cell phone signal from in the room/hotel. As well as the reasons above, I was not very happy with my stay and would look for somewhere else to stay if I return.

Security. Needs some updating of windows and side entry doors. Hotel is good overall but needs some updating. Bathroom was clean and recently updated in the tub area so not a problem. Convenience of microwave and fridge in room a plus.

Its proximity to the la Crosse airport. The bed was not very comfortable. Great value for the price. My only compliant was the bed.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. All requests were fulfilled quickly and courteously. Somewhat difficult to find. In the past, we as a family have been sadly disappointed with Days Inn hotels. HOWEVER, our faith was renewed in this chain because of our stay at the Days Inn, La Crosse. As I stated earlier, they were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and cheery. Everything was great.

Friendly and provided very good services. We were very satisfied with the hotel and its workers. We were shuttled to where we wanted to go and when we called to be picked up they were very prompt. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
