Lovely HotelWe really enjoyed our stay here and have no complaints except that the weekend receptionist was not friendly at all when we checked out on Monday the girl "Natasha"(i think was her name)was really nice as were the rest of the staff. Better signs and directions would be a real plus for this hotel if you are travelling by car.

Excellent value for moneyThis hotel is very comfortable, clean, and at the price paid (39 euros per night) for a kingsize bed was a bargain compared to other more expensive lower standard hotels in Dublin.There are only 2 criticisms: location and restaurant opening times. The location is a 25 minute bus ride (79A) from Templebar, but the transportation is pretty good, the bus stops right outside the hotel and it's the last stop on the route so you can't miss your stop.We found the restaurant closed at 21.00 on a sunday and 22.00 on weekdays, with no room service so we ended up ordering in (which the hotel allowed due to them not serving food). The bar closes at 11.30 so if you're a late drinker then make sure you get em in before closing.All in all it was a very pleasant stay, we were only here for a short stay but will certainly return.

The Hotel & RoomHotel is excellent and staff have that Irish friendliness which is hard to find in the capital - even the Polish receptionist. Very accommodating, friendly and approachable. Nothing was a problem for them. The hotel is spotless. I had a car so it was also convenient to the city centre - 20 minutes. Only draw back was the room was very hot but at the price - incredible value. Much classier than Holiday Inn Express etc. On my list for keeps - staying again next week.

the hotel was difficult to find, no signs from the main road into dublin from the motorway. The room was extremely hot with the window only opening a small way, no fan or aircon in the room. We got the free shuttle into dublin when it eventually turned up 30 mins late, it was a taxi, the driver took us into dublin then said that we had to pay, i refused and told him to take it up with the hotel. On our last morning we had no hot water, i rang reception and was told to wait 10mins, after and hour we checked out as we had a flight to catch. I said to the staff about the hot water and they really didnt care, i asked to speak to the manager but he could not be located. \i have never stayed in a hotel that has run out of hot water

Not too impressedWe weren't to impressed with the food as the evening menu was very limited. Breakfast was nearly cold with only a small selection left for us even though we were down just after 9.00 am. Coach parties had already left so they didn't seem to be bothered about the few who were still to eat. Difficulty getting staff to serve at bar as they seemed to be covering several roles at the same time.

Quality and PleasantA quality and pleasant hotel with friendly staff made for a very nice over night stay.Surrounding area a bit bleak and the hotel was well awa from the city centre.We were using it to travel onwards by car the following day so it didnt really mater but i wiuld think twice if i was wanting to use this hotel for a sight seeing trip to Dublin even at reduced prices it would still have been a bit of a trek to get into the city without your own transport.

The hotel is good value however, for leisure purposes, its not convenient and too far from the Dublin, although there is a reasonable bus service. It helps that the shuttle is free at the weekends, however, it would be good if it was offered daily and more earlier services during the weekends.

a very enjoyable staythis was an enjoyable stay in every respect - the staff could not have been nicer - the duty manager went out of his way to get us directions to our destination the next day and offered us an excellent parking place because we had dogs in our car

Perfect for the last night in DublinWe did a round-trip through Ireland and stayed here before leaving for the airport. Extremely kind reception, so was the bar-staff, spacious rooms, they couldn't have done it any better.

Bit out of the way but only a 10 min bus ride available from outside the hotel. They also run to return trips to town for free at 11 am and 2 pm.

Excellent Hotel very clean and excellent value for moneyReally need a car and a good map to find easily as located on a smart new out of town business park but the short drive out of Dublin is well worth it. The hotel is excellent, large comfy bed, spacious room, extremely clean and tidy hotel. As good as the Hilton in my opinion.

Virtually brand new hotel in Industrial park about 15 minutes out of Dublin with city bus stopping almost at the door every 1/2 hour. Immaculate facilities, good parking, helpful staff and everything you would expect of a 4 star hotel.

While the room itself was immaculate and well-appointed, the location leaves a lot to be desired, and the staff seemed somewhat put out whenever you asked for something. The location is in a business park FAR from the city center with (apparently) only one restaurant open at night, and not much else around. We stayed here before heading to the airport (it's very near the M50) the following morning. Due mostly to its location, I wouldn't recommend it for much else. The room was very nice though!
