We really enjoyed staying at the Days Hotel. The whole trip with Cheap Tickets was such excellent value, we can't wait to go on our next adventure with them. I will be recommending Cheap Tickets to all of our friends. The Days Hotel was in a wonderful central location, with great restaurants all around, the cinema right nearby and an excellent coffee shop at the hotel. We enjoyed the ambiance of the room and we are so impressed with the hotel as a relaxing and restful place to stay in the center of Toronto. Highly recommend it to anyone!

Smallish rooms, very slow busy elevators. Windows restaurant reasonable value but very limited menu. Location is superb for downtown Toronto although the walk down Yonge Street is not for those of a nervous disposition especially at night, some pretty seedy places. On arrival we found we had been allocated a smoking room however there was no problem changing it for a non-smoker. We booked an extra night and were quoted a rate of $149 which we considered to be OK for a Saturday night, when checking a small problem with the Reception staff later we were told there had been a mistake and we should have only been charged $98. We appreciated the honesty. All in all we would stay again

Staff are very nice. But when I came into the hotel the carpet was in a bunch and I triped. First room fridge not working, and to change rooms. Other guests are noisy around me when I was trying to sleep. After 10PM heard a noise at front door. an older man was just standing there for a long time, and gave me the creeps, put second lock on. Next morning at 8:40AM Tap on the door, it was housekeeping and she let herself in, and said just checking. After abit later I left. I also did the housekeeping job for her, as I put the garbage in one pile, the towels in another Etc. So I will not been staying at the hotel again. Also they could not put my proper name on the invoice. I sent an E-Mail to customer service, no responce from them.

Horrible staff. Charged my credit card twice and overdrew my checking. Did not apologize. Paid for my parking at the front desk, went to leave, and my parking ticket did not work. Had to come back and they OK'd it. Were not sorry at all. Would have been a fine stay had it not been for the awful TV and lamps and unfriendly staff.

Stayed here with kids (ages 1,5,7) Great location- steps to college st TTC subway station. Just around the corner from Yonge St. Pool was warm, although the pool room itself was chilly- but it was the middle of Feb. Rooms are small, and kind of dated- no dresser, just drawers in the closet, but did have a fridge, coffee maker and was relativley well kept. Staff was very helpful. Parking is $22.00 per day. 10 min walk to Eaton Center. Wireless web in hotel room - but I could not get connected to it although my computer recognized it and said signal strength was excellent. Probably my problem more than the hotel. Very accessible city and more than once a stranger stopped to ask us if we needed help - very friendly. Like all cities, pan handlers are around- but they aren't in your face so it didn't bother us. Can't wait to go back in the warm weather.

We stayed in room 804 and it was despicable! Someone needs to get someone to take a look at the shape the bathtub is in. Take a look at the marked up and dirty walls too. Oh, and check out the size of the old television. We stopped asking for maid service after the second day because the room couldn't get worse than it was. The only reason we did not ask to change rooms is because we tried to stay out of it. I must say, in short, that I was VERY disappointed in the quality of the room. I cannot see us ever staying there again. However let me commend the staff for their friendlines and service regarding other matters.[@]

I recently stayed for three nights at the Days Conference Center with my husband and young adult daughter. We have mixed feelings about the experience. We loved the location (Carlton St. just off of Yonge St.). We were within walking distance of great shopping at The Eaton Centre, several theatres, and restaurants. The subway station entrance was just down the street from the hotel which made for easy access to other parts of the city. My hockey loving husband was surprised to learn that the hotel was next door to the old Maple Leaf Gardens, the former home stadium of the Toronto Maple Leafs! All of these attractions made the stay interesting and enjoyable. The downside of the stay was that the hotel room was very small. There were two full size beds, a night stand, a table with two chairs, a TV and stand in the room with about two feet of space to navigate about the room in. While the room was clean and neat and well serviced by the cleaning staff it was somewhat difficult for three adults to comfortably spend time in. Since it was primarily only being used for sleeping it was okay. There was quite a bit of outside noise (traffic on Carlton St.) that seemed to keep us awake. The staff was helpful and friendly and seemed to keep the hotel clean and in proper working order. Overall I would say that given the location and the price of the room it was a good value particularly if you don't plan to stay in the room except for sleeping and showering.

Low price, LOCATION. Noise of Maple Leaf Gardens roof fan outside constant. Fantastic downtown location and close to U of T to visit my son who is attending there.

This was an awesome hotel for the price! While the standard room is small for US standards, it was very cozy. My fiancee and I went to Toronto for a romantic getaway and this hotel was perfect for that! The lobby was amazingly beautiful and the tourist desk in the lobby helped us have the best deals for the ferry to the islands and cn tower! if you plan on spending large amounts of time in the hotel, then perhaps this is not the hotel for you, but if you're looking for a nice, clean place to rest your head, this is definitely the hotel for you! Vending machines not so hot, but there are two on every floor. the staff was helpful in getting reservations to 360 rest. in the cn tower! good locatiion- had to take a taxi for 10- 14 bucks to cn tower and queens quay. right across the street from an exchange bank! nice hotel!

The hotel required a $150 per night deposit even though the room was pre-paid in full. That policy I had experienced before, even with international travel.

"The hotel is located very conveniently near Yonge St, Church St, and the subway. We had some problems with the room - not only was it small, but the light in the bathroom flickered. The laundry facilities also weren't great, and the maid would randomly take and leave things. Don't expect a luxurious room here, but it is good value for the money and in the middle of most of the action."

the room is fine, poor is very good indoor size. But the parking ($22)is very high compare to others

Our hotel room was used for a time out from shopping or a break time. There was no problem with sleeping at night at all. The room was heated just right with the cold weather outside. The bed was so comfortable that it was hard to get out of in the morning. Everything was clean and the maid service was excellent. The location of the hotel was so perfect. It made the trip so much more enjoyable.

The room was very dated and the bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever experienced.
