The Days Hotel Boston had a very easy check-in and check-out. I was in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. Parking was easy and accessible.

The parking was very adequate and it was very easy to arrive and depart from the hotel during anytime of the day. The elevators were very small and sometimes slow to arrive to floor.

the hotel is really nice. it's simple, but it's in a great location and I felt safe staying there. it's close to downtown and to harvard. the people are nice and most importantly the hotel is clean! and like not too many hotels with a reasonable price - the parking is free and there is free internet as well. I would sure come back there again!

We booked this hotel because it was cheap. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathrooms have stains everywhere. When we asked why our room felt like a hundred degrees we were told to open our window because the air conditioning wasn't being turned on. Oh, and don't ask for extra towels, what an inconvenience. If you like to sleep on the ground, this is the hotel for you. The beds are as hard as a rock. If you like to be treated horribly and like camping atmospheres, then this is the hotel for you. I personally would never waste my money at this place again.

I was traveling for business and was gravely disappointed. There were 3 fitness machines from 1970, a smokey aroma filled entire hotel, rude staff, and overall a sketchy location. I felt unsafe and switched hotels after one night.

Clean room, good room service. Not a bad place. The only draw back is either getting a taxi which cost $25 one way to Boston or taking the train which was a walk to get to. Location and price were ok but would have preferred a better way to get into the city other then driving ourselves.

I booked this hotel for a week long family vacation. I chose it because it was close to family in the Boston area and had good reviews on online travel website. It is certainly nothing fancy, but when staying a week fancy was not an option. The room was decent with a good view of the Charles River. The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively quiet (as quiet as you can get in a large city). The hot water was always hot and you did not have to wait long for it to arrive at the tap (unlike some places I have stayed). They have free WiFi which I found to be a bit slow, but the signal was reliable and did not drop out. If there was any negative about the room/hotel, it would be that the bathroom was inadequately ventilated. A hot shower would leave the entire room very humid. However, this would not prevent me from staying there again. One other feature worth mentioning is the Joyful Garden restaurant located in the hotel. In my opinion, the Joyful Garden produced the best tasting Chinese food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. I only have mediocre mid-western restaurants to base this on, so take it with a grain of salt (or MSG!) After eating there I asked my Boston-based relatives about the place and they were familiar with it saying, "Chinese-Americans looking for good Chinese food go there." That solidified my experience. What is even better is that they will deliver to your hotel room at no extra charge. Overall I give the Days Hotel Boston a 4 out of 5.

Too bad I found the Days Hotel Boston post-graduation. Vast numbers of students from Harvard, Boston University and Boston College live in the Allston-Brighton area. For 4 years I've found the accommodations in the area to be overpriced and unsatisfactory. Their parking options were even worse, especially during Red Sox home games (which always seemed to coincide with school special events). While the rooms were far from perfect, the convenience couldn't be better: free & plentiful parking, walk to Harvard Square, shopping center across street from back entrance and nice park along the Charles across the street (a good respite from the crowds one must deal with at school events). An easy taxi or T ride to any of the above mentioned campuses! Cons: 1 - I wouldn't recommend walking in the area at night, thought at daytime, its perfectly safe and even pretty. 2 - While the outdoor pool deck is an added plus on sunny, hot days, the pool itself wasn't clean enough for my taste. 3 - Room was a tad musty.

Easy to find off highway, located right down the street from restaurants and grocery shopping, within 15 minutes of all major colleges/universities. Rooms were a tad bit dark with maroon and forest green colors. Bathrooms could be a bit updated, however extremely cleans.

Simple Hotel, decent room Although, the walk to it was a bit unusual, room was in the back building (guessing extension) we walked down the hallway around the pool thru a door to the parking garage where a door took us to an elevator & then our room! A bit weird! I would use the hotel again becuse of the price!

The hotal was well kept and the staff friendly. The room was fine and served it purpose which was to provide a place to sleep.I found the Chinese only restaurant restricting as I was looking for a breakfast place. My one complaint was the bathroom. There was black stuff coming out around the shower enclosure that was pretty nasty. I did not complain but washed what I could.

Location, free parking & internet access, reasonably spacious room. Older hotel, did not include breakfast (available at charge). This is a relatively inexpensive and easily accessible hotel that is a bit nicer than most Days Inns. The business suite is large and comfortable if a bit old. Internet access is included, but breakfast is not. There is a Chinese restaurant in the lobby that serves breakfast for extra charge, but McDonalds and other facilities are within a block.

Clean and Safe but a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Beds are old. Bathroom smaller than small. Room right across from noisy elevator. 1st night heard conversations. 2nd night heard snoring. Front Desk nice. Area more senic than previous review says. Had view of Charles River and the Cherry Blossoms were in Bloom. Room must be on front side for that. Grocery Store and McDonalds on the back side. Roller Skating Rink next door. Will only return if my budget says so.

The Days Hotel Boston is situated on the Charles River, which makes it easily accessible to Cambridge, but not downtown Boston. Housekeeping was first-rate. Public areas in need of renovation. Fitness room needs newer and more serious equipment. All in all a bargain.

Good location and affordable. My room was directly across from the elevators, which were very loud.

Met my needs and not too far from my sons apartment. Staff at the restaurant. Very pleasant room and I felt safe there alone.

The room at Days Hotel is very comfortable. The room has two beds and is a lot larger than I expected. It has a good view look to Boston street. The hotel is close to places that I want to visit, which is very convenience for me. The maids is very friendly and did good job of cleaning up my room every morning. Two things that I would recommend the hotel to add to the room is a small refrigerator and a microwave, because these things will bring more comfortable to the customers if the customers have place to keep their drink cold and have something to warm their food to eat at night.

Friendly desk staff. Good chinese restaurant. Poor bathroom maintenance. Room was ok. Nothing special, but clean & comfortable. Bathroom due for some maintenance, although everything worked.Desk staff wasfriendly & helpful.Chinese restaurant was good, including American breakfast. Pool was very good.
