The exterior and lobby of hotel are very beautiful with multiple statues of old iranian history nice carpets and old iranian decoration but the rooms are far from a 5 star hotel. A 20 inch old TV without remote control,no quilt and only blanket, noisy air conditioner, no sufficient towels, delay in room service,impaired safe box and room facilities are the most important defects. So although you pay for a 5 star hotel but expect a 3 star or 4 star room.
