The hotel was in a great area right off of 84. People were very helpful and nice. The bed was amazing!! The only thing that could have been better in the room would have been to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The room was clean and huge! The bathroom needs to be updated a little. Over all the only thing that we didn't have to stress about on our trip.

The hotel is all non-smoking, and the room had no smoke odor. The hotel restaurant offered only continental breakfast in the morning.

over sold misleading regarding its resturant called burberry grill same menu as bar menu just sandwiches disappointing breakfast as well!!also claimed to have internet access didn't mention it cost $10.00 a day also the tv cable programing was terrible room smelled like body oder and rugs had not been shampooed in along time my tub backed up should i go on very very very disapointtd ionly have one vacation a year i will never depend on orbitz again.

This hotel was nearly perfect. The location was ideal, with good surrounding restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas (Trader Joe's!). The room was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. Overall it was a very fancy place. HOWEVER, there is only internet access if you stay there for business purposes AT the Convention Center. So beware if you hope to do some emailing while relaxing in your room- the staff will refuse to give you the code.

This is a dog friendly hotel - which is great if you travel with a dog, but not if you are allergic.

Only really used it to sleep. Couldn't watch basic cable (ABC) and desk didn't seem too helpful. Also wanted to order a channel and for some reason I wasn't able to. Besides that, big room, huge bed, and decent staff. If you have pets, this place is a pet-friendly hotel.

Convenient, affordable. This hotel is overdue for a face lift. It seemed to lack recent maintenance. I would stay again if I needed a place in this area and could get such a good rate again.

Convenient location. No soap, no towels. Dirty rug in room. Shabby. Obviously cutting costs. No soap or shampoo in room. When I asked front desk for soap and towels, she asked me if I was sure there weren't any. Later, I asked for a roll of tissue paper as there was one half of a full roll of tissue paper in the bathroom. No replacement roll was available apparently. She can't find any. No bath towels. Only facecloths. Bathtub stained. Toilet stained. Paint peeling from interior of bathroom door. Three lamps had burned out light bulbs. What a dump. Needed to use the trolley to bring bags in. Axle was bent. Couldn't be pushed or pulled.

Accepts pets. Privacy was abig issue. We were harassed with phones calls from an unknown person until 3:30 am. I feel the hotel should not transfer calls without confirming with the occupant. It was horrible and a terrible stay.

Rooms were gracious, comfortable and quiet. Pool location was awkward and fitness center was in two different places. The hotel was immediately off the highway. Parking was very easy and close to the door. Rooms were spacious and gracious.

Well maintained and very clean. Initially hard to find due to exits being changed;GPS messed up. Nice, clean, quiet andcomfortable rooms.

The hotel staff helped met our needs. The bath tubs didn't drain well and water backed up into the tub. The hotel is old and needs a face lift but it was clean.
