Fertilia is a village with a lovely sandy beach and just 30 minutes from Alghero and close to the other well known beaches of La Spiaggia Le Bombarde and Lazzaretto. The apartment has one double bedroom and one triple bedroom with a balcony overlooking gardens:the large open-plan kitchen and living area leads on to another balcony with tables and chairs and a seaview.In the kitchen there is a cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and everything to provide a comfortable self-catering holidayThe apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the closest sandy beach (Fertilia Beach) and the local shops, bars and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk.Alghero is reachable by bus service from the main square, on foot along the beach about 40 minutes walk and by car about 10 minutes driveA late check out facility is available and allows use of the apartment until 7pm on your day of departure.The cost of this facility is £30 per apartment

From Alghero airport, turn right, drive to the main road, turn right and drive along to a wide junction.Turn left and continue driving down the road to the traffic lights. At the traffic lights drive across and take the right-hand fork (a two way road) with a large cream building on the corner. Drive down and take the first right turn with a pizzeria on your left. At the next junction turn left and park. The apartment is close to the junction
