The Cypress Pointe Resort apartment complex is the perfect place from which to explore the centre of Florida. There is a good range of restaurants and shops in the direct vicinity of the complex; the Disney theme park is a 10-minute drive in one direction and Universal Studios is 15-minutes away in the other direction. It is a mere 1-hour drive to both the east and west coasts.

This spectacular establishment is a real holiday resort set in beautifully landscaped grounds. Apart from the 766 apartments, the complex offers guests a wide range of facilities including 24-hour check-in, lift access and a caf. Furthermore, younger guests may like to let off steam in the playground and there is a delicatessen serving sandwiches, snacks and all the ingredients needed for guests to be able to put together a meal in their apartment. Parking facilities are offered to those arriving by car.

The very generously proportioned apartments at the Cypress Pointe Resort are lushly decorated and guests will find it easy to relax after a long day at the theme park or sightseeing. There are apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms available, all spacious and decorated in Caribbean style. They are a 'home away from home' and an oasis in the middle of the lively resort district. All apartments have been refurbished and redecorated to the highest standards and feature one master bedroom with a roman bath or spa tub. A hairdryer, a coffee machine and an iron and ironing board are also provided in all accommodation as standard. The 2-bedroom apartments can accommodate 6 guests, with 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom, 1 twin bed with a trundle bed in the second bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Furthermore, the apartments are all equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, a washing machine, a dryer and 2 bathrooms. The 3-bedroom apartments sleep up to 8 persons with 2 master bedrooms each containing a king-size bed, a third bedroom with 1 twin bed and a trundle bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Moreover a fully fitted kitchen, a washing machine, a dryer and 3 bathrooms are included as standard and a direct dial telephone, a satellite/cable TV, a radio, a coffee machine, an iron and ironing board and individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, as well as a balcony and a terrace, are provided in all accommodation.

The complex offers guests all they may desire in terms of activities. It features 3 swimming pools, including one with a giant volcano, as well as hot tubs, 2 kids' pools, sun loungers, floodlit tennis courts, a basketball and a shuffleboard court. Sports enthusiasts may also enjoy a workout in the gym.

There is a small deli on the property that sells sandwiches and light fare as well as all of the 'fixins' needed to make a full meal or snack in your apartment. There are also lots of restaurant of every variety within walking distance of the property.

One large family or 2 families may be accommodated in one of the large, fully fitted apartments, offering excellent value and a significantly lower price than 2 hotel rooms. The units are fully cleaned on every 8th day. This includes general cleaning, emptying of bins and a change of sheets and towels. 2- and 3-bedroom units have a washer and dryer. 1-bedroom units do not and therefore guests in 1-bedroom units can request clean sheets and towels daily at no cost. Guests can request a full-cleaning anytime for the following fees: 1-bedroom unit 35 USD, 2-bedroom unit 50 USD and 3-bedroom unit 75 USD. These fees are approximate. Cancellation policy: reservations not cancelled within 14 days of travel date will incur a 100% cancellation fee. There is also no refund for early check-out.
