Terms and conditions.
1.Keys to be collected from our office during office hours, unless alternative arrangements are made. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00pm. If arriving after office hours please contact office for alternative arrangements.
2.Check-in is 2.00pm and Check out is 10.00am. Please leave keys in unit.
4.Check-in after 8.00 pm incurs an additional $30.00 fee.
5.Standard cleaning fee of $88.00 per stay applies.
6.An initial deposit equivalent to 1 night is to be paid immediately.
7.Forward bookings of over 6 months may be subject to tariff changes to reflect current market trends. You will be notified of such change at least 1 month prior to your arrival date.
8.Credit card details provided will be taken for security purposes. Cancellation fees, damage to property, loss of items, chipped and cracked crockery, loss of keys, left-behind rubbish, excessive dirt and soiling will automatically be charged to any credit card provided by you. We shall notify you of any deductions.
9.Any damage discovered upon arrival must be reported immediately. Inventories for premises are checked upon departure.
10.So we can process your credit card payment successfully we require a copy of a valid photo ID with your signature (e.g. driver¿s license, passport). Please forward to our office preferably via email to propcare@rpdata.com.au or fax to 07 5535 1444
11.Balance of the full accommodation charge and standard cleaning fee will be deducted from your credit card one week before check-in unless charged at source through the website. MasterCard. Visa and Amex payments attract a 1.76% service charge.
12.The agent as duly authorised by the owner, makes all bookings in good faith. On very rare occasions your booking may be subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by the owners of the property. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation.
13.The premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period shown on the check-in form.
14.Under no circumstances, will pets be allowed in holiday properties.
15.Smoking inside units is not permitted. Smoking leaves lingering odours which may upset other guests. Failure to comply will result in an additional $100 cleaning charge.
16.No responsibility is assumed for guests¿ personal belongings that are left behind.
18.The number of occupants including children must be specified upon booking. This is a safety requirement and overcrowding will result in immediate termination
19.The guests shall park their vehicles in the nominated parking spots allocated and abide by Body Corporate Rules and Regulations.
21.Any printed, written or verbal description of the premises by the agent or its staff is made in good faith but no responsibility can be accepted.
22.A breach of these conditions could result in additional charges where applicable, or cancellation of your accommodation and no refunds will be given.
By paying the deposit on a holiday booking, the guests consent that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions above. PS that failure to observe these terms could result in a termination of the booking or an amended charge.

Transportation:
Coming from the north of Surfers head south on the Gold Coast Highway. Immediately you pass Elkorn Ave on the left or the Chevron Bridge to you right, pull in left on the first driveway (approx 100m from the intersection). The ramp ahead leads to the secure car parking.
Coming from the south of Surfers Paradise, head north on Ferny Ave and stay in the centre lane. When you drive past Cavill Ave pull to the right in the centre lane and when the lights permit cross the south bound lane to the driveway ahead. Go up the ramp on the right, which leads the secure car parking.
