The staff were always willing to help us--internet descriptions of local sites, calls for taxi, whatever we needed. The service was prompt and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

GREAT room! Not a thing! Beautifully appointed junior suite with microwave, fridge and kitchen sink; good work space. Food in restaurant was good, room service for breakfast was excellent and VERY reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for one night to attend the UK-UT football game. This hotel was a little more expensive than others but worth the money. Hotel is in a great location. Easy access, right off the interstate. Parking is free as long as there are spots left. Just a five minute walk to Neyland Stadium. Front desk was very nice and allowed us to check in at 12:30pm. Room was clean and didnt smell like a normal hotel. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Hotel also has bar and restaurant. The buffet is decent but nothing special at $13.99. Drinks are expensive but its conveniant to walk down to. Not many restaurants or bars close to this hotel as Cumberland is a long walk. I will stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing to stay downtown. You get what you pay for.

This was a lovely, cozy hotel. The rooms are very nicely appointed. The best feature here was the staff. They were so incredibly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the Knoxville area.

I visited my daughter at The University of Tennessee on a football weekend, and the Four Points by Sheraton Knoxville Cumberland House Hotel was a short walk to her dorm and to Neyland Stadium. Very convenient. The young men and women who helped with my luggage, parked my car, etc. were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was lovely, with a very comfy bed! The hotel lobby was a fun place to gather after the game, with a delicious buffet available for the guests. I definitely plan to stay there again (already have a reservation for a basketball game!), and would recommend it to anyone.

Icould park near the door and it was not busy. It was basic. If your visiting your university of teen student this is a convenient hotel on quiet street. No frills but fairly clean.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is a great location. Rooms are extremely clean, airy and bright and the staff is top notch. We don't plan on staying at any other hotel while in Knoxville.

Just a very short walk to the UT campus, the Convention Center, the '82 Worlds Fair area and a nice park. A quiet spot for breakfast,or dinner after a long day. Bright parking. Plesant staff.Good place for small to medium parties or meetings. I've stayed here 9 times in 2 years - I was very glad to discover it. It is now my favorite spot in Knoxville.

The Cumberland House was exceptionally clean and the room was lovely and very comfortable. The beds are super cozy and inviting (I could have just stayed there instead of venturing out). The bathroom was well appointed and definately on the luxurios side! The only negative comment that I have is that the overnight staff first didn't answer the front desk phone and the were flat out rude when they finally answered so that I was unable to arrange a wake-up call! Luckily the room was equipped with a nice bedside CD/clock radio with an alarm.

Very accommodating staff. Restaurant a very good value. The elevators were filthy and very smelly. If it weren't for the foul elevators the overall rating of the hotel and the public spaces would have been higher. Bar drinks expensive. The $7 a day parking fee seemed excessive given that there was plenty of space to park.

A very comfortable hotel with understated elegance. small(ish) boutique hotel with comfortable beds, pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, close proximity to UT (for you football fans). A real value! no swimming pool but nice workout room.

Close proximity to University of Tennessee campus. Visited when local marathon was being run. The hotel met our expectations. Check in was quick and efficient - Parking garage was full so staff made accommodations at no cost for our vehicle. Room was spacious and king size bed was a welcome sight after long trip. Staff was young, friendly and accommodating.

The staff at the desk at time of check in was super helpful and nice. My view was of the parking garage next door. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Four Points. It was very well maintained and a wonderful value for the quality of furnishings and locating in Downtown Knoxville. Only issue was having to look at the parking garage instead of the World's Fair Park. But I was hardly in my room, so it wasn't a huge problem.

The staff was excellent. Always going above and beyond to help their guest! I wish they had larger bathtubs.

Front desk staff extremely courteous and helpful with local directions. Great stay and perfect for night's stay. Felt safe and room very luxurious. Bathroom very spacious and early breakfast in the room kept the stress level to a minimum.

The closeness of Neyland Stadium. Valet parking not optional and then charged extra at checkout. Very nice.
