We were given a huge round room with two bathrooms and a nice little balcony. Absolutely loved it. People were very friendly and the buffet was very decent. Would gladly go back.

the location wasn't as good as another on i stayed at in Stockholm, but it was close enough to walk pretty much everywhere (about 25 minutes to the Central Station, same to Sodermalm). our room was quite large, with a nice big clean bathroom, wood floors, comfy bed, lots of tv channels. we were on the first floor and there seemed to be a lot of street noise. the heavy curtains helped block out the light. for me the best part was the sauna, which you reserve and use privately for free.

We had a very nice stay in Crystal Palace. It isn't a new hotel - a litttle bit old fashioned - but excellent location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, free internet, sauna. I should go again to Crystal Palace for a next citytrip to Stockholm.

A very nice feeling in the hotel. Clean but not lyxury. Rooms has a persenality. Walkingdistance to everything in the citycenter.

Very good central hotel - good breakfast buffet. Sauna is very handy too. Staff could not do enough for you either, very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend for business or pleasure.

Excellent Reception Service. Didn't like the room provided initially and got an upgrade to a bigger/renovated room without additional charge. Request not to be placed into a small double room - not very nice and the size is too small for 2 adults.
