Was walking distance from any where we wanted to go. Pool was not open for 24hrs. Very nice place to stay and the staff was very helpful, room was great, beds and bedding very comfortable. Very nice restaurants with in walking distance as were lots of attractions. Well definitely will be back.

This hotel was great in most every way. Great location, friendly staff, fulll, complementary breakfast (especially loved the oatmeal!), oversized room with really comfy mattresses, free papers and parking. The price was great too, especially with the "Save $75" special for using MasterCard. The only thig I'd change is the towels, which were a bit skimpy. We'll be back again in March!

I love this hotel it is really close to everything I need in SLC. it is clean. breakfast is great it even has cappucchino there is a fridge and a microwave. the rooms are really big plently of room for the little ones to run around. and my favorite part the doors shut quietly so you don't hear them slaming all night long. plus free parking (that can be hard to find downtown) all in all it is a great value I stay here often. and recommend it to my friends.

It was friendly. The door in the bathroom didn't lock. I would come back to this hotel I have been there before and I loved it but I didn't like that the bathroom door did not lock or the TV in the other room it turned on but no pictures.

We came to SLC for a convention and chose a great place and the price was right.. Room was very clean, spacious, and had the most comfortable, giant bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Salt Palace is within walking distance which was nice. Breakfast was included every morning which was also pretty cool! Overall, a thumbs up!

The hotel staff was very nice, and the location was great. The breakfast was excellent! However, the rooms could be updated (especially the bathrooms), and we booked a room with a king bed, and got 2 double beds instead.

Staff is so friendly! Rooms are awesome and so big. How many hotels give you free fridge, micro, etc. Now a days not very many. Breakfast was Wonderful!!"

There was plumbing problem and workmen did not fix it. The whole place had no hot water for evening or morning shower.

I'm on a special diet and had chosen this hotel because of its proximity to my meetings and the fact that it had frig in room. What a bust. it didn't help my diet at all to be trying to eat frozen lettuce! No help from staff on this issue.

Everything was great except the spotty wireless service from the room. Had to go into the lobby to access the internet.

"My family and I have stayed here several times. The hotel staff is extremely nice, the rooms are good sized and very clean. Our kids love the breakfast, there is always something for everyone. Our experiences have been great and we will stay with Crystal Inn in the future. "

"Stayed here twice in last 2 years for ski vacation during Mardi Gras time back in New Orleans. Good / clean rooms, decent hot breakfast and INDOOR pool and hot-tub for those ski wobbly legs"
