It was close to the airport! The breakfast was outstanding! The unruly kids running in hallways, and jumping off beds upstairs were terrible.

This is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms that resemble a suite. The staff are friendly, and at check in we were given a discount as there were no king size beds left- only two queens. The rooms are clean, there is free internet in the lobby, and there is a pool and hot tub. The bathroom was separate from an area that had a double sink and vanity- it made it really nice for trying to get ready for an early morning flight. It is close to I-15, but not so close that you can hear the traffic. We stay there every time we plan to fly out of Great Falls.

Hotel was very clean; rooms were very roomy. The indoor pool was great, as it was 35 degrees for a couple of days..I will stay here again!

Very clean motel. Desk Clerk was very courteous and efficient. Rooms are attractively furnished. Table with chairs was helpful. Location next to a trucker restaurant was convenient to walk. Good buffet or menu choices.

We stay in the Crystal Inn the everytime we go to Montana (several times a year) as flights to/from DFW tend to arrive late or leave very early. The rooms are mini-suites with fridges, sofa, good work table and comy beds. It's a great place to start and end a Montana trip. The rooms are large with a table/desk for work. The lobby has snacks and frozen food for late arrivals. Indoor pool and sauna and a free buffet breakfast.

Great location right off the highway and close to the airport. The kids were disappointed with the pool as it was cloudy and the beds were quite soft (we prefer firm). The continental breakfast was great. Overall, this hotel is a great bang for your buck, especially for families. We will be back.
