We weren't sure what to expect when we made reservations at this hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. The only drawback was that the room smelled like disinfectant, caused perhaps by a previous guest who smoked in the room.

Room was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff was GREAT. We decided to eat and return the rental car so we wouldn't have to do it the next morning. She gave us directions, restaurant suggestions, came to pick us up at the airport, we took the shuttle back the next morning. It's so nice to have friendly helpful people at a hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed there twice in the same week during our trip to Vail since the airport there was closed and traveled via Denver. Loved the large rooms which were divided into sleeping, dinning, and living room areas. Was able to bring own soda and snacks because there is a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast is beyond regular continental - buffet style plus cook to prepare eggs or waffles any way you wish! Nice view of a pond and fountain and plenty of park benches plus nice pool and gym. I can't say it's sound-proof quiet and restful because typically, there are kids and adults that tend to forget they are guests and are loud at all times of the night/day and found it noisy during our second stay but honestly, nearly all hotels have noise-issues so can't really fault the hotel for that plus eventually, it was quiet and did get sleep. One reason I chose this hotel is because I was concerned about airport noise and absolutely made the right choice! It's truly an outstanding value and absolutely would stay there again and recommend to others.

Reception excellent. Room lovely, very clean, separate bedroom from living room, included a jacuzi tub. Airport pick up and drop off timely and friendly. complimentary breakfast wonderful. Would definately stay here again!

It was a good hotel for one-night stop in a business trip. Good location, the rooms are nice and spacey, wireless internet worked well. There was some strange stomping noise several times, not sure what it was, but it wasn't too bad. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was awesome for the price of the room. There were made to order omlets and waffles as well as a whole hot and cold buffet.

This was an okay stay. It was hard to find, we had to get back in the car to get to restaurant row, and the only movie option was a VHS player in the room and well-worn videos at the desk. The staff was pleasant, and this was appreciated.

The rooms are spacious and clean, but tired. Could use a face lift. Provide hair dryers which are ok. The location stinks because you can't walk to anything but the truck stop and it's kind of like a mini mart-nothing fresh and no alcohol at all. The hotel has no bar or restaurant. Breakfast is a good value but the hot stuff was kind of overdone. We were put here for a conference along with many other families. They provided a luau for our group, which was very mediocre. Not bad for an overnight but don't count on service. Oh, and they say you get round-trip transportation to and from the airport. Well, the night I left they said they would ONLY take us to the airport IF they had a call to pick someone up. Advertising somewhat misleading. When I questioned them on it, the people at the front desk just gave me a blank stare. I think they can't make ANY decisions on their own-they have to call someone for permission.

"The toliet was clogged, the entire place including the rooms smelled like old smoke, beer, it was hot and stuffy, the staff were rude."

Great value, clean room, front desk staff was willing to help and directed to local dining/delivery service. Shuttle is combined with 3 other hotels and not marked very well, it can get confusing finding the shuttle @ the terminal. Requested 3:30am wake-up call to make 5:00am flight out and the phone never rang. Of course we had our alarms set, but don't count on the wake-up call here! Not close to any dining other than a TA truckstop and other hotels. Oh yeah, the truckstop doesn't sell beer either...

"This hotel was very nice, but travel website quoted me a price of ""$* a night and the hotel gave me a bill at check out for ""$* a night. I would have rather paid the the latter rate."

"This hotel is a little further from the airport than you would think when you take the free shuttle. It is a minimum 20 minute trip. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is first rate. The gray on gray decor in the hallways etc. is a strange choice that does not work. Other than that, this is a great place to spend the night, clean spacious with a good breakfast, just don?t bet on getting to the airport in 5 min."

"Although the hotel itself is OK (spacious rooms & great breakfast), the front office staff is HORRIBLE! At 1:15am the front desk rang up to my room to clarify details about my stay. A trip to the front desk in my PJs & an hour later, we had things straightened out. I spoke with the manager in the morning. She assured me that this will not happen again. Doubtful I will visit this hotel again."

"The room was spacious and included a microwave and mini fridge. Room was clean but tub/shower was a little worn. A/C was a little noisy. Hotel is a little further from the airport than the other hotels, but only took 10 minutes to get there. Will likely stay there again."

"We were pleasantly surprised by the Crystal inn. Looking for an inexpensive hotel near DIA. The neighborhood is safe, hotel rooms clean and quite. Complete with a free shuttle to/from the airport.Large breakfast bar was great!"

"This hotel is one of the worst I've stayed at! The internet was always down. The front desk staff is very rude, once they were more concerned with counting money than they were helping me. The rooms are noisy from other guests. The halls and rooms stink. The pillows had stains on them, so did my pillow case."
Date of Stay:
August, 2006
"What a pleasant surprise at a very modest cost. Large, generous rooms. Great proximity to DIA. Surprisingly nice complimentary breakfast. & free parking when flying. Indoor pool was quite cold, even on this hot day. We will stay here again."
