came in on a weekday. Very little activity. Dining room had no activity. Weekend should be better..

Hotel location in close proximity to my business location. Facilities old and of low quality. The facility is in close proximity to the freeway in a fairly good area of town. The facility has good security and the grounds are safe. The accommodations are typical of a vintage roadside budget motel. The staff was helpful. Overall the experience left much to be desired.

I would definately stay there again, the staff was accomodating, and very friendly.

This place they call Crystal Casino should be called... Chris Stoled Casio.. This is the WORST place ever booked..... I'm no rich man but after just walking in this hotel room I CHECKED OUT!!!I booked another hotel room closer to LAX and I hope that if you've made this mistake you'll do the same. The people there are great! The owners need to really invest some MONEY in this place!Don't Stay There!

The hotel is not bad. the room was clean, spacious. it's comfortable that you can check out at 3 or 4 am if you need. however, room could be a bit repair.

It is close to the freeway, couldn't wait to get home. Not clean. The hotel room was an experience like never before. Carpet was soiled bed was lumpy and sheets didn't fit, bathroom was so disgusting had to shower with shoes and made sure no part of my body touched the walls of shower. Toilet had stains as well as bathtub. I could sleep in fear of something crawling on me. Killed a roach in the bathroom. An unbelievable experience. The only good thing that I can say is that it was very close to the freeway and I could not wait to get on it and get out of there.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was delicious and of good quality. The decor in our room is not so out-dated. The room was clean and bedding crisp and fresh at a great price. There was a mini refrigerator and a mini coffee maker. The front desk obliged us when we asked for the coffee. The view from our room was great. One of the plusses is the check-out time at Noon. Enough time to sleep in and have breakfast downstairs. You can take your time. We had not been here for years and now the area has grown and a whole shopping center, including my bank, is just around the corner. What a convenient location. The Blue Line Rail has their stop right at the parking lot. We will definitely return to this landmark.

I couldn't park in front to register. The parking is in back with a series of stairs, my wife is handicapped. I had to have her wait next to the VIP lot and come and get her. Room was breezy, room lock had to be fixed, no coffee maker, no literature in room, no continental breakfast, no pen, or paper in room.

This was the trip from HELL! I will not use your website for other hotels. This was the worst place I have ever seen in my 63 years of living and travleing around the world. Motel 6 was better than this place. It was ovious no one from your company has ever looked at or inspected this place because it is on your website. I tried to rate this place on this website it will only allow a (1) star rating my rating of this place is -1. I would not let my dog stay at this place. Go look for yourself! I was afraid to us the shower and tolite. Thank God my mother lives a mile from this place. If you check your records you will see I checked out the next morning. I slep in what I had on that day including my scoks. I ate nothing there!

It's clean and most of the hotel staff is friendly. Central air outdated, noisy due to freeway, guards not helpful and certainly not friendly. Beautiful. Security is fairly good. However, it's fairly noisy mainly due to it's proximity to the Freeway.

The casino was great!!! I walked downstairs and was able to play blackjack and poker. And, I WON!!!!! The rooms were ok, I would say a little dated. Could use some updating on that end. The staff was friendly, I met X the manager who was very nice. Every hotel should have a staff like Crystal Casino and Hotel. I ate in the restaurant - - food was beyond excellent! You should definetly give the Crystal Casino and Hotel a try! You won't be sorry! Make time to eat in the restaurant - your tastebuds won't be sorry!

This might not be the place for people expecting the best. BUT it was better than what I expected from previous reviews. It was a good location right off the freeway with black jack and poker all night. The staff was friendly. The beds were clean and I slept great. Room had a good view. Was not high quality, but not roach motel either, I would pay * for a mini suite again....

Filthy floors, no room service for 2 days, etc. I filed a complaint with the health department and am currently constructing a second complaint about this hotel, I was treated very rudely by staff , the floors in the hotel, hallways, elevators and rooms were filthy and stained, wallpaper is coming off the walls, there was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived.

I checked in. Had to pass security to get to the elevator, then had to use my key to access my floor. I found my room down a poorly lit hallway. When I entered the room, the ac was off, which made it smell terribly. The curtains were closed tight, so I had to feel around the walls to find the switch. There were dents along the walls and could hear the tv next door. I turned around walked, left immediately, and did not come back.

My experience with this hotel wa sawful from the word go. The moment I arrive and was not attended to in a professional you're a guest manner. I was insrtucted rudely to park over there only for 5 MINUTES while I check in..and then move your car to the othe rlot. ..which, might I add was not close. I felt that being a guest, vs. a casino visitor I had priority. No, not. The dining was not. I asked the maid if there was somewhere to eat, and she gladly instructed me off property. My room was cold. I had the heater b lowing for 3 days, and it never warmed up. The shower water was cold as well. The bed linens were... well, I slept in my sweat suit. I HATED it there. I stayed in Long Beach as long as possible...I only slept there, and left. It was gross. And, on my way to my room checking in?? A big sign saying the spa was closed till further notice. I had brought my suit hoping to relax at the spa or pool. NOT. It was a terrible experience, and I can't believe ANYONE supports that pit of a place. It was miserable.

the crystal park hotel has the worst service hotel, becaues we left the hoetl room in the morning, came back at night and none of the maids came to clean up the room. We had the sign on the door telling them to clen it up and nobody never came. We when to get some ice and water, the machine said water and ice on the 2nd and 5th floor so i wjen around to the floors and those machins still had to ice and water. I had put some food on the table overnight and i woke up to ants all over my food. the AC didnt work and we was facing the sun the whole time we were there. we told them about the AC and when they came to fix it the repair man came to our room and took the AC apart, and he said he was going to come back and fix it and never did. the resturant burnt our food to a crisp, and all they could said was thats how its suppose to look.

The room itself was nice and roomy, but the carpet needs to be replaced, there were stains in many places. The bathroom needs work on also, the tub and tiles have been patched up one time too many. The staff were friendly and courteous.
