Very clean and nicely kept. The only issue we had was parking you have to park a block away and with luggage it's not easy.

The Crowne Plaza Pitter in Salzburg was a comfortable hotel, albeit the room was very small. Two twin beds, a desk with television, chair and lamp in a corner and wall closet. Bathroom standard size. Large window that allowed a cool breeze in the evening if that was your choice over the air conditioner. Hotel staff very nice. In the new city section of Salzburg - you must cross one of the bridges to get into the old city. Breakfast was pricey at 25 Euros (which translated into $37.50. Instead walk a few blocks to any number of outdoor cafes for latte and danish for under 10 Euros. Internet pricey and did not connect and hotel offers two internet computers in lobby for guest use. However, for one of the days both computers were out of order.

Convenient. Requested two rooms for family (5), each room on different floor. Good front desk service, parking garage a block away. Across river from old town Salzburg. rooms nice, clean.

Hotel a bit shabby -- rooms very basic, but nice and roomy. Good location. Easy walk to old city attractions.

Small but nice pool and gym area. Bathrooms were a tiny bit mildew. We loved that this hotel was so close to Mirabel gardens, and the restaurant downstairs was wonderful. I liked the bathrobes and slippers.

Free internet access. Small dated rooms. The hotel room was small and dated. The hotel staff was very friendly and it was nice to have free internet access. The location of the hotel was close to the train station and relatively close to the main part of town. Would rate the hotel as a 3 star hotel.

It was in a convenient location, however the staff was dishonest, rude, and the room was little. The hotel staff was dishonest. This hotel, unfriendly, dishonest, rooms small, no view, was in Europe for 3 weeks and stayed in hotel from Scotland to Austria, this hotel was the worst experience of our trip. Definitely because of the hotel I got very little sleep and my experience in Austria was ruined.
