The quality of the rooms and facilities are good. The staff is friendly and courteous. Obviously, in-hotel restaurants are overpriced and I expect that. But, if they are going to charge high prices, then they can at least have decent food and more than 4 entrees offered. The bar is even worse, you cannot even taste any alcohol in your drinks, pitiful. If you are one of those who stays at a hotel and doesn't use the bar or restaurant, then this is a good place to stay.

ALL staff (reception, restaurant, engineering) were courteous, professional & very responsive, whether it was a problem in our suite or getting directions to an event. Our 10th level suite came with free breakfast - sweet!! Despite a noisy atrium, our suite was quiet. The setup of the fridge, microwave & bar sink was very convenient, and all of the rooms were spacious. The bed was so comfortable that we rated it better than our own - that's saying something! Didn't even need the sleep therapy provided. The top cover was so heavy we had to remove it - bet it's great in winter! Many, many pillows are provided, which my husband loved. We ate one dinner and two breakfasts in the hotel restaurant - delicious, very flavorable, generous portions. The only negative was a dampness in the bedroom. A hotel engineer explained that extremely high humidity penetrates the (old) windows. We offset it with colder A/C, which worked well as we prefer sleeping in cooler temps. No dampness in the living area. There were young (pre-teen) ball teams staying at the hotel, with no obvious adult supervision. The staff handled the many annoyances quickly & quietly; Security worked HARD those three days! Even restaurant staff monitored the lobby & walkways above, reporting mischief to Security. Kudos to anyone willing to work in such conditions, and to do such an excellent job! This hotel earns its high ratings!

Crowne Plaza makes sure you get a good night's sleep. I wish there were more breakfast places nearby. I have stayed in this hotel before and find it to be comfortable, clean, and quiet. I like the suite set up for that very reason. There was a small convention there when we stayed overnight, and we never heard a thing, despite finding a beer bottle in the hall the next morning.

I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza at Park Central Dallas several times over the past two years. I find the level of service and cleanliness consistently high. It is a comfortable "home away from home." The breakfast at the restaurant is excellent, with good buffet choices. The staff is attentive, courteous, and professional. The Internet service (complimentary with stay) works! I'll stay there again, until they give me a reason not to.

I like the convenience of the location. I feel like I got such a great deal! The room was double the size of hotels we normally stay at, at half the price. It was amazing! It was more than I could imagine.

I travel for business about 60 to 90 days a year. The has top be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. the room were a bit run down for the price and not as clean as youwould expect. I would NOT recommend this hotel for any business traveler. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. I will never make the mistake of staying at a crown plaza again.

"Superb hotel at this level. Very comfortable beds, nice amenities, spacious/spotless rooms, solid bar & restaurant, superb morning buffet, indoor/outdoor pool, 2 newer treadmills, first rate Wireless, all new in appearance. Fridge/micro/wetbar. Large/cozy 2 room King Suite. A bit hard to get into - NW side of I-635/US75 merge. Highly recommend."

"We always stay this hotel because of the location and the rooms. I love the BEDS, the suite setup, and all the ""comfort"" goodies! The place I like to shop are fairly close, but to get to my main areas are pretty far. I will keep staying in this hotel and driving the distance! It's worth it."
