Overpriced and a bit out of the wayWe upgraded to an old executive suite which was bigger than the new superior ones which are on the tram road. Our beds were hard and there was mould growing up bathroom walls and ceilings which you could wipe off with your finger.

The hotel rooms underwent thorough fully renovation. Room air conditioning, renovated bathroom is very clean despite the relatively small size, but designed in a convenient way of use. The rooms are arranged perfectly and very clean.The hotel staff very polite and do everything to please the guests. The room working position includes the appropriate use of outlets from different countries.

Very comfortable bed. The room space felt cramped for double occupancy. Breakfast is not covered in the hotel charge. Love the comfy beds. Free internet is a huge plus for travelers.

Restaurant had good food. Hidden prices. If you are wanting honest, upfront pricing, this is not the place for you. Be prepared for hidden costs. The hotel may try for a cheaper rate, but they will gauge you in the end.

Roof and a bed. Concierge was very young and no experience. Hotel forced us to take a larger room at extra cost for my daughter. Extra charges for everything. Maybe a three star but definitely not a four star hotel. Had amenities but no staff support for them (except gym). Staff was not friendly and had to ask manager to make decisions. Disorganized for major hotel. Had to make four trips to get my room key to work at check-in. Safe was broke. Several lights were out. Had to request soaps and towels after housekeeping finished. Location was out of the mainstream and the area did not feel safe.

Staff. Rooms were tiny, it is definitely not downtown. Pool is nice, staff is nice. Rooms are tiny. Not downtown, you cannot walk there.

Phone worked, TV channels ok, bath products usable. Carpet soiled & dirty, bedding old & worn, bathroom dated, shower curtain dirty & mold, hotel needs renovations & updating, room small. We were very disappointed with this hotel and would not stay here again or recommend it. The room smelled; the carpet so dirty unable to walk on. Window treatment was dirty. The bedding was very worn and old. Bed and pillow terrible. The room was small. There was no place for luggage. Hotel is less favorable of an area. It is not worthy a 4-star rating even with a restaurant and facilities.

The staff was helpful. The non-smoking room smelled like every previous person smoked in bed. The shuttle from the airport was nice convenient and they were helpful with info about Zurich. The atmosphere in the room was unbearable as a non-smoking American. The spray they provided wasn't effective.

The helpfulness of the staff. Room could have more seating. Very nice hotel, the staff was very helpful. Great exercise room and swimming facilities. Close to stores. Also very attractive restaurant.

Updated attractive rooms. Small rooms, high internet prices, expensive shuttle. A good business hotel that is poorly located but very attractive.
