The public areas, lobby, hallways, etc were 65 degrees F in the middle of the winter. Not enough staff and the hotel needs a makeover. Clean, comfortable, well located for our needs, and appropriately priced.

Great location, great price. Excellent service. Only issue was that the indoor pool was not heated. This was a great experience. Everything was great, price, room, cleanliness, location. The only small issue was the indoor pool was not heated, so it was cold.

Pleasant, quiet hotel. My room didn't have a nice view outside, though. Didn't particularly bother me as I was there a short time for an overnight stay.

One of the best hotels if not the best for the money. Friendly, prompt service. Staff was wonderful, rooms nice an tighty, pool was clean but cool, hot tub was great. Close to everything.

Friendly staff; quiet hotel. Double beds instead of queens. Nice hotel, rooms were average size, double beds instead of queen sized (this is fairly rare in my experience these days). Room seemed clean, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The room we were given had only half of a window with no view - it looked out onto another wall of the hotel.

Very bad location behind a Home Depot next to some sceary looking apartments. Arrived at night and payed way too much thinking that meant it would be a nice hotel. Very disappointed.

The Crowne Plaza had very friendly & competent staff. Our room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we would need... The bed was awesome! The hotel is conveniently located in a safe area that had many restaurants, gas stations and stores nearby. My only complaint was that the walls were too thin and we had a noisy neighbor that woke us up in the middle of the night. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

The computers were down when I arrived to check in; after a 6 1/2 drive this was a little discouraging to me. But when I realized that the Olive Garden was just a mile away I was just fine. The hotel was very nice. The one item that needs attention is their carpet. It was very loose, and had large wrinkles and folds. While walking to the lobby I just about fell down after triping on a rather large fold of carpet in the hall. I did however enjoy the pool and work out center.

Convenient location, didn't hear much noise. Cockroach in room. We have stayed at this hotel three times in the last year. Good west end location. Older hotel, but furnishings are nice. Unfortunately, the last time we stayed, we woke up and their was a gigantic dead cockroach on the room floor. Needless to say, this dampened the experience.

This was a great price for this hotel. Really impressed! The bathroom needed some repairs. This hotel was perfect for us. It was convenient to the city and lots of sites to see. It was clean, very nice bedding, work area and wireless internet. Comfortable chair for TV.

My husband and I travel often and have since had a new addition to the family. Needless to say, travelling has become a bigger challenge with new needs for us. This hotel was the perfect place to relax and the staff was not only helpful, but we were always being greeted in the hallways!

Hotel was very clean and had WIFI. Also the food was good. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. I would have loved to see refrigerator and microwave in room.

"As a frequent business traveler I get to see alot. This hotel does not do service to the brand name. This visit was for recreation for the wife and I. The comforter was stained and unlaundered. The furniture had sticky spots. The whirlpool was a consideration in our choice, but has been ""out of order"" for a good period of time from the condition of the sign posted. this hotel would be great if they""cleaned up thier act""."
