No real complaints other than they prompt you to conserve water by reusing towels and sheets, but when I did as directed they were replaced with clean ones anyway.

The room is huge. The parking is awful. I would recommend this hotel to all business travelers!

Nice amenities and decent continental breakfast on Sunday morning. Great location; however, there is a lot of road construction and traffic near the hotel. Clean lobby and good staff. Good amenities including a complimentaryCD of smooth sounds. I liked the area near Katy Mills shopping but traffic is bad in and around the hotel due to road construction.

Location. The pool was out of order, elevator went to fast up and down and one of the elevator was uneven when stepping out on level 12. Location is good, everything you might need from a store just go down highway 6 and as soon as the pool is back in order it will be a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, bar price is fair, great place to play pool in the bar.

The quiet room. Thermostat could not be changed to above 62 degrees. Nice lobby and room but we were told that all rooms in the hotel were cold (62 degrees max)due to the type of heating and cooling system the hotel has.

Good bed & large TV. Hair on sheets and sheets had 4 holes in the fitted sheet. Parking lot is under construction. Automatic opening/closing doors to main lobby also under construction and not working. Hotel was very busy with Fema customers. And being on the 18th floor and only one out of three elevators in service made for a long wait to ride.

Friendly staff, nice amenities. Bed not comfortable. The hotels ground were ok. The parking was a little tight at times. Lobby and pool area nice. Jacuzzi not in site of pool making it unlikely to have a hot tub and watch kids in pool. Bar was nice in looks with friendly bartender.

The beds were great. The rooms (other than the bed) were old, in disrepair, and noisy. Apparently the budget ran out during remodeling the lobby, the room fixtures, TV, coffee pot, curtains were more along the lines of a Motel 6. The staff seemed putting out by their guests.

Front Desk Staff was friendly. Restaurant was horrible food and service. I called & confirmed my reservations two days prior to arrival. I request 2 double beds. Reservations clerk told me it would not be a problem. When I arrived at the hotel, the only rooms available were king size bed with a sofa bed. Had to take that room. The manager on duty gave me a complimentary breakfast pass for the four of us for the entire weekend. We did not use the pass on Saturday, however, we did try to eat @ the restaurant on Sunday. There was only one waiter on duty for the entire restaurant. The breakfast buffet look liked it had already been eaten and spit back out. There were kids playing in the scrambled eggs. We requested a menu and at that time were told the breakfast pass was only good for the buffet. We explained the reasons for not wanting to eat from the buffet, however, the waiter did not seem to care. We ended up leaving. So the complimentary breakfast pass was useless to us.

The bed! The construction around the hotel. Great bed, but construction was a bit much. Hard to navigate around the hotel grounds for a parking spot. This was only because of construction around the hotel, not the hotel itself.

Comfortable, quiet - just what we needed. Traffic congestion due to road construction. We were here for a medical procedure. The hotel was within 4 miles of the hospital. It was quiet and very comfortable and provided just what we needed. My husband was able to rest well while I was in the hospital. I wish I could have stayed at the hotel! It really was quite nice - lovely decor.

The furniture in the rooms and lobby were designed with a lot of thought in to the comfort of the customer. I found nothing I did not like. The architecture looked fresh, I am not sure how old the hotel is but it looks new. The beds were very comfortable. Service assistance was more than will to be of assistance and the room cleaning service, on the 10 floor anyway, was some of the best I have ever come across.

Its location to major interstates, it was a huge hotel, but you could not hear your neighbors above or below. No comp breakfast.

Location. Parking. One elevator was not working and at one point while checking out Sunday a second elevator stopped which left one operating during a peak check-out period!

Location. No water until 4pm. Not worth the price I had paid. General location is good. Traffic is very difficult to get in and out.
