Better than expected for the price. Restaurant breakfast prices too high. Very upscale with nice large rooms and beds. Pleasant atmosphere.

I loved the 10 layer bed. I had the best nights sleep that I can remember. They have a bag of items that are for helping a traveler sleep. I would definitely stay again! Easy to find and close to the Highway 91.

The room was very comfortable and clean except for the long black human hair I found on the sheet on the bed when I pulled back the comforter. However, one errant hair does not make an entire bed unclean. The bathroom was very clean and the experience overall was very satisfactory.

Location, public areas. Room still had a couple things left from previous guest, room key holder, and some receipt. No ashtray in smoking room. Overall, great for the price paid. Good restaurant, location, friendly staff.

Started off with the promise of a crib after reserving one months ahead and then again a few days before arrival. Never got one and had to go out and by a playpen. They offered to put my 12 months old on a crib mattress on the floor! We only tried breakfast there and it was HORRIBLE!!! Microwaved sausage and the likes. The staff were RUDE and couldn't be bothered! DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD. I was charged for an extra night and they held over $900. for a weekend stay.

I had hoped to get in a swim, but the indoor pool was being painted and it was raining. The bathroom was small and confining. Two people had to stand very close to turn or manuever in front of the sink and it needed some update maintenance. It was clean but there were sneaker prints on the floor. I guess the cleaning person went back in after the floor ahd been mopped. There were not any nice restaurants in the near vicinity and a 20 minute drive to a mall with chain restaurants, something I don't generally frequent.

Nice room, beds, access to a computer, right off I-91. Weekend housekeeping - did not vacuum or leave face towels, coffee, clean coffee mugs both weekend days. Great hotel for the price. Did not eat at the restaurant or use room service but seemed to have a nice menu. Really helpful to have easy access to a computer in the lobby or in the business center - really appreciated that! Made up for no coffee left or no hand towels left on the weekend days.

When we first arrived, two wedding parties were being checked in and the line was almost out the door. Within minutes, we were in our room - front desk gals were very fast, friendly & efficient. Room was clean, beds were extremely comfy and pool & hot tub kept the kids busy all evening. Only complaint was not enough electrical outlets for AC adapters and when I did find them on the lamps, of all places, we were on our way out. I also would have liked a DVD player. Since one of the grandsons was on antibiotics that needed refrigeration, a small fridge would have been handy for the meds and water bottles rather than having to constantly fill the bucket w/ice. Continenntal breakfast was also pretty pricey - most finer establishments include that in their price. But we would definitely go back there again. Very pleased with everything and would recommend to anyone. Definitely a 4.5 star!!

Crowne Plaza worked well for me on this quick last minute business trip. I always look for a hotel with a pool for lap swimming and the outside pool was adequate (length wise for laps) They also have an indoor pool which is a little smaller but larger than a lot of indoor pools I have seen.

"No Fridge, No DVD w/ DVD to play, No Clock, No radio, No One in Bar knew how to make a MaiTai. Overpriced and Overrated - Not what I would expect for a Crowne Plaza."

The Crown Plaza was very nice. The room was big enough for myself, my wife, and two teenage boys. We all played tennis,basketball, and swam in the indoor swimming pool. Plus our sons used the fitness room.We went to the Basketball Hall-of-Fame in Springfield,Mass and to the Baseball Hall-of-Fame in Cooperstown,NY. Both were close too the hotel. However my one son did have a PSP recharging cord come up missing. Don't really know what happen with it. We were able to go out and buy a new one anyway. So other then that,our stay was great.

The room was clean and comfortable. Skimpy amenities, robotic staff. If you didn't need fresh towels, shampoo or coffee in the morning this hotel was for you. I had to call and ask for something most days. No newspaper at the door and the lobby was out of them before 9 am. No coffee in the lobby. Very dated restaurant scene. The outdoor pool was closed on a beautiful memorial day weekend.

The Hotel has an old world class feel with all the new ammenities. I like the free computers in the lobby and the indoor pool was just great. Outdoor pool was very large too. Front Desk staff was nice.

Great deal, very clean, on top of unruly kids, pool area was nicely equipped. A little outdated and when parking outback had to walk through 1st floor smoking section. I loved this hotel. The rooms were a little out dated and a little small, but the service, pool area, and beds made up for it. I've been in 5 hotels in the past month and this one was the best for the price. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel despite having a gathering in the bar was so quiet. Great location for 6 Flags. I'm going back in June for a Hartford Conference, I liked it so much.

Location. Attitude of staff, cleanliness of room, major ceiling leak. We had stayed at this hotel before and found it satisfactory, if aging badly. We had a waterfall leak in the ceiling (luckily over the bathtub) at 1 AM, grief from staff in the morning as why we didn't ask for an immediate room change (we were very tired) and the new room we were assigned being less than clean. Used soap and shampoo in bathtub, decorative pillows from bed on floor in corner, etc.

It is convenient to the attractions in the area. The swimming pool area was always crowded and noisy due to the local families who have season passes to the pool.
