Overall I had a good experience and would stay there again. The room and related amenities were fine. Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness room was small, efficient, and needed better air circulation. The pool was small, had some black algae-like stuff on its bottom so I decided not to use it. With all the vending machines they have, they ought to consider offering a box or similar for recycling plastic bottles. Would stay there again.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a shopping center across the street however walking there at peak traffic times can be hazardous to your health. I would definately recommend this hotel.

I would rate this hotel a 9 out of 10. Perfect location. Right across the street from a mall, plenty of dining close by. Short, easy drive to downtown (within 15 minutes I was at Mellon Arena). Great service from front desk staff. Very helpful with directions. Later when we wanted food after the restaurant was closed, gave suggestions for local pizza delivery. Provided change for vending machines. Check-in and check-out were very quick. Room was very clean, and I have high standards on that. Viewed a decent business center and very nice fitness center, although didn't use on this trip. The only reason I would take a point away is because I found the bed to be not as comfortable as I am used to- a little on the stiff side. But I wouldn't put too much emphasis on that because otherwise the stay was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This particular hotel I was very disappointed in. We complained the first time about pink scum surrounding all around the caulking of the tub and the bottom of the shower curtain. Number one this should not be an issue at ANY hotel. Nothing was done the first time I complained, so I complained a second time and a lady came in and cleaned. When we came back the shower curtain was replaced at my request and there was still pink scum in the right and left back corners of the tub. Point blank it was nothing less then disgusting. On a second item we had used the coffee pot one morning and the next morning when the lady came into clean she did not clean the pot nor replace the coffee. I don't feel paying $99 a night really was fair a price for what we had to put up with. Nancy

Very friendly staff. The room was great and the bed was super comfortable. Room service was fast and friendly. The cleaning maid knocked on my door at 8 a.m. and didn't give me more than half a second before she opened the door, but I didn't hook lock the door and didn't have a sign up. Located 5 minutes from downtown, across the street from a mall and movie theatre, and they provide a free pass to Bally Total Fitness if you want to use the hot tubs there.

Very good location; close to restaurants, shopping and major roadways. The remodeling is excellent (I had stayed there previously and it was needed). TV noise from the connecting room but quiet to the many parties on down the hall. Well appointed room. Patio bar is nice but needed more customers to be really festive. I will definitely stay there again.

Double queen sized room was a little cramped from end of bed to TV. Very clean and comfortable with nice pictures of local area. Little touches like relaxation cd appreciated. Plenty of pillows and very comfortable bed. Staff was professional. Shower had plenty of hot water. Nice mall across the street and light rail station to downtown adjacent to mall parking lot. Thin walls allow neighbors and hallway noises into room.

Hotel is located on major route downtown, near malls, yet very quiet. Good restaurant, large rooms, plenty of free parking. Business center is very small, like a closet, but it does work well if you need to check emails while traveling. I'll be staying here again."

I arrived at the hotel early and was pleasently surprised to have an early check in. The professionalism of the staff was appreacited. They were helpful in every way. I also needed a late check out and my needs were met with out a problem. Highly recommened.

Near to shopping, movies, restaurants. Rooms are clear and amenities in the room are well stocked. Room is quiet. Shortfall on my last trip was only one elevator was working.

Clean room, very comfortable bed. $13.95 to use wireless for a 24 hour period. Clean, nice, friendly, great big rooms, great beds, quiet, staff let you choose what type of room you wanted when you check in.
